Pathetic Lego Menlyn Pretoria
Lego Menlyn Lego expert Mrs M Karabo (Employee) If a 8 year old comes back to store because there is missing pieces from the model he bought and he is emotional...You could have at least tried to help or make a plan !!!!!! Please it is not a laughing matter for you and your friends and co workers especially when you look around and see who is going to join your laughing competition!!!! Maybe you will understand if you have kids one day.....!!!! Thank you for your unprofessional and unemotional service

Don't use Lego online srevice
Ordered a gift voucher online. Despite searching the website prior to my purchase, there was no information indicating that gift cards could only be used online and not in store. There were no warnings or details regarding this restriction during the checkout process. Poor communication and poor handling of after sales care. Won't use again! Poor afetr sales I find the lack of clear information on your website very disappointing and am unimpressed with this experience.e.

Incomplete Lego Set
So disappointed with the gift purchased for my son’s 11th birthday, he is an absolute enthusiast when it comes to Lego and had requested the Dreamzzz Mateo & Z Blob The Knight Battle set. While putting it together he noticed that a number of blocks were not available, the blocks that should have been provided for the shield of the robot were not available luckily they were in the gift I received with the set however this means he is unable to complete the luminous ghost set he had received as well, there were insufficient blocks to build the sword for a blob, and some of the pieces to complete the arm were also missing. Considering the cost of the set at the very least there should be enough blocks provided. The worst part is the disappointment my son is experiencing in not being able to show off his complete, built figure a trusted legacy brand like Lego should have checks in place to ensure this does not happen with their products, spending R2499.00 on something in this economy is not easy but the experience is something that will stay with me.

Fulfilled order not received. Extremely bad service.
Ordered item and online it shows that the package was delivered yesterday. I have not received the item today and it is end of business day. I have repeatedly asked to speak to Rob (LEGO SA) before on previous occasions.
