I lost my Service plan because of Renault Centurion I did take my car the 1st time at 1000km they bumped my car yesterday it was a small mark when customer service contacted me I told them I wasn't happy. The next time I did take my car I was told that I don't have a service plan. Customer service did contact me and I expressed my unhappy experience and even told them that the sales person told me it's included of a service plan. Yes it's my fault as I was supposed to know my contract. I waited en contact Midrand Renault where I did buy my car. I was told no I do have the plan. I told me they will call me for the appointment. I did take my car in and now I did loss my service plan because of Renault Centurion. I even complained and put a review. Know I'm losing out o and when I called Renault Centurion I was told they updated there system and they have no records of my car. How do I proof I wasn't totally in the wrong
I went to the bank on Friday .no let's start there is one lady at the front one that work around and 2 counters to assist you. They did something on my cell told me to wait 72 hours. On Tuesday I open my bank app and nothing did work I couldn't send money or use my cards. Today I came back to the bank and I was told to wait again only 3 people to assist you. Now I was told by Gomotsang that my account was blocked due to fica I never received a email or call or anything from Standard bank. Better I close my account and only use Absa bsnk
I'm not sure where they did get my number from but i received on a daily base 5 calls or sms's. How more i blocked them how more voices recordings i get. They don't stop. Did they buy a data base from someone where we must complete our details for Covid19???????????? Please stop calling sending sms's
I rent a car from Budget i extended the agreement and was told to come in and change the car because i did have it for 3 weeks. I book the exchange car and was told to collect the car at a time. When i went i was told i can't have a car because im a high risk! I didn't go with anyone and was stranded. When i ask what high risk they told me to call on Monday. No i was stranded and they didnt pay my deposit. If i was a risk or there was a investigation why didn't they call me or tell me the time i did call to rebook the car. They always takes big deposits and you dont even get 1/2 back.
I complain on there whatsapp group the manager did call me. I play a bet of R35 on a 10c masjien the lady next to me play R3.50 on a 5c masjien she get free spins and win more then me. The manager did tell me i dont know the combination but i dont understand because its bingo sure 1 dot must also pay on a free spin. After i did complain they move the one masjien to a other place. I played R3500 i get a free spin R27. We about 5 people i know about complaining. You dont get any thing. The staff don't know how the bingo cards work. Lol we the stupeds because we go back every time. We also ask why dont we win big like one white lady she do get 3 to 4 jackpot on one masjien. You can play the same masjien but will never win on it. She win at least 23 times a month on the same masjien. If you ask how do you get a black card they cant tell you. If you ask why you dont win they say you play the wrong masjien!!!!!!!!! Please its bingo. The gambling board was there a month ago why didn't they pick this up??????? Why don't they put a board up with how the bingo work and how you win. Big tournament a big joke they call my name 4 times . without any luck but the ones who play R3 or R3.50 they get in. Im a loyal client start going to The Reds from 2009. If i only play R10000 per month its R1.2m a year. No no. Start looking after your members soon someone will make a casino and we will all go there. This complain is gor all my friends who can't send a complaint.
We did received a call from Cell C thank you but was told we must pay for September I didn't have a cell from the 23rd August 2018 but our account was charge for calls data??????? I request statements I'm still waiting. I did received a cell phone on the 20th November two months after I did report it stolen. my account is blocked due to none payment but I have the proof I did pay. My subscription is not even R400.00 but I must pay R1200 for September I didn't have a cell or a sim then how did I use the extra data and calls????
Claim a new Cell from Cell C its more then a month and im still waiting. Cell C double charge me in August for Data i did buy 2 GB and they bill me for two time 2GB. Then i didn't Received a sim card and i didn't use the network for a month how can Cell C charge me more then my subscription of R300. Cell C debit my account with R975 for what?????????? i don't have a sim card or a phone!!!!!!!!!!!! I contact them but they not willing to help me they only told me i must pay but for what must i pay. How can we win with a company that rub you off.
