Kenya Airways services is appalling to say the least . As a proud African Man , I strongly believe in African brands . As such I have travelled to UK with Egypt air, Air Rwanda, Ethiopian Airways and SAA when it was still operating the UK route. My wife and I thought it would be worth trying Kenya airways . A decision we regret ,7 hours delay that meant that we missed our connecting flight from OR Tambo to Durban , Kenya Airways was not bothered . No apologies and no compensation , we did not bother much because it was our first experience so we gave them a benefit of the doubt . We just miss SA so nothing was gonna spoil our exciting of being home so we absorbed the costs. For some strange reasons my wife was keen that we take Kenya Airways back to the UK ,decision we still fight about it to date 21 April we were due to travel to UK to make sure that my Son attend an important school career event ,We were supposed to depart OR Tambo 02:30AM but the Kenya airways cancelled the flight with no explanation ,I was on a phone with them for over 2 hours and eventually they offered me the next available flight meant to leave OR Tambo at 12:30 which means I could still make it to London 07:30 on the 22 April , No delays this time until Nairobi !!! 1 hour delay from Nairobi to Paris was the day my son will never forget ,the 1 hour delay was the caused for us to miss our connecting flight from Paris to London , My son cried and begged Air France (who partnered with Kenya airway on the journey). The French people were so rude and inconsiderate hence I never personally used Air France. They kept responding to us in French . In Summary we ended up being stuck in Paris for 8 hours!!!!! 8 Hours for the next flight to take us to London while there is flight in Paris going to London every hour. That sadly meant that my son missed a lifetime career opportunity to date ,Kenya Airways have not done anything for us and my family not even a simple apology . I wonder if any of them have kids or family of their own.
Qatar airways service is appalling. The staff including their manager at OR Tambo International airport do not care about the customers. On Monday 22 February 2021, I was due to fly back to UK via Doha at 18h40 SA time. I was refused to print a ticket without valid proof of booked hotel in London .The staff advised me to book any hotel in London before they could print my ticket ,I did so in the present of the staff who advised me .I booked travel lodge at cost of £297 only to find out later that Travel lodge London isn’t not a quarantined facility. The manager tried to assist but she also had no clue as to how the quarantined facilities are booked. I missed my flight on that day which meant that I also missed an important project to present in the UK .By the time I managed to book the quarantined facility ,the flight was already leaving despite arriving early at the airport I still missed my flight .My work is on the line due to missing the important project and I have spent £297 on bad advise by Qatar staff ,Qatar customer services also refuse to assist me to at least claim back the £297 which I lost due to wrong advise from Qatar staff. I will never recommend Qatar airways to anyone ever!!
Amazon UK and their delivery partners service is appalling. I ordered an item on the 19th February and I was expecting the item on the 24th latest. Only to find out that there was notice left on post box on the same day I was home almost all day. No attempt to email me or call me to arrange for delivery since the delivery man decided on his own that it was not safe to leave a suitcase in on door step. This is weird as I have ordered more valuable items and always find them in door step if the delivery man rang the bell and no one answered. They no decided to return it to the seller again without any communication. When I asked my refund they say I am not eligible ..This is worse customer service treatment ever!!
Lannie Motors & Bona Auto Land Towing Services. Having to endure 2 hours waiting for the towing company to come at my secure at night was actual the least I suffered on 09 March 2019. First and foremost, Bona Auto Land Towing Services has to be the worst VW assist partner ever because of the following: They took more than 2 hours to drive to a 50km scene (In one of the most dangerous forest ). After they towed my car, they following staff that was left in my car is nowhere to be found: Guess pair of glasses. 2 colognes (Ferrari and English Blazer). 1 wrist watch brown in colour. R500 naira that was inside my other wallet (this always stays in my car with other foreign notes that I keep). I called the manager and the driver several times and to date I do not have my things. Their driver instead threatens me and accuse me of being drunk (These are strong allegations that are not true)!!

Finally, VW Lannie Motors in Tzaneen has to be the first VW branch to have offered me a bad service because of the following: Their task service agent was awful and had zero customer service s****s. They disconnected my tracker and my car tracker has been off since then till today. I informed them about the lost possessions and they said they cannot do anything about it. I am still waiting for the Managers response today. The whole situation happened when I was in a desperate and hurtful state (I had to attend the funeral at home which is more than 1000k from Polokwane). I have been extremely busy since then hence I am only voicing my disappointment now.
South African is abundantly blessed a massive number of colleges (Legit and Scams). This means advertising and marketing plays a huge role in decision making for either parents or potential students. Therefore, I believe there should be remedial actions when a college falsely advertise or market themselves. I therefore warn people not to fall for the scam advertised by Sandton technical college about receiving a tablet when you register with them!! I registered a student yesterday and paid on spot so that I could claim the tablet and only to find out that the advert is lie!!Apparently they have 11 Tablets in which they will run a competition to lure people to register with them! They are using the word RECEIVE WHICH IS TOTALLY DIFFERENT FROM THE WORD WIN!!! Lastly do not be deceived by their fee structure on their website, the fees on the website are not completely disclosed!!! When you go for registration, you be shocked by additional fees that will only be revealed to you when you registering! Again this is wrong and should be addressed sooner than later.
I have been with the insurance for almost 3 years now such that I have recommended the insurance to over 5 people including my brother. Recommending the insurance to my brother is decision I regret. I wish I would have advised him to stay with his old insurance. My brother was involved in two car accidents in December, first on 21 December 2018 and the second one 25 December 2018. We reported both accidents within 24 hours and even emailed the photos of both accidents as they requested us to. The most bizarre thing we received was the SMS asking us to provide 4-page accident reports from SAPS. After we have emailed them the AR numbers to the insurance for them to obtain the report directly from SAPS. My brother is currently in Free state and the Accidents happened in KZN and Eastern Cape Respectively. I have been in accident before and my previous insurance never compel me to get full accident report on my own. SAPS in KZN and Eastern Cape were as shocked as I am and refused to give us the AR via email. SAPS told us to ask the insurance to call them directly but the insurance still insisted that we get it on our own as they are not allowed to make calls on behalf of their clients. As if the above was not enough, AA insurance in partnership with Oakhurst now denied that we reported the accident yet they claim that their calls are recorded. we have a copy of email sent to them and lucky enough we have the details of the person we called. The name of the person is Manda Botha. I will personally not let the insurance make us idiots or headless chicken and I will involve lawyers if they continue giving us running around. I am extremely disappointing AA lack of professionalism, poor communication within their team, lack urgency and inconsistencies.

Customer service at Biddulphs International is appalling. They will call you following up on potential business and once you agree to do business with them, you will see flames. Very unprofessional and unreliable company to do business with. Do not be deceived by their attractive price structure, it’s a trap. I would always recommend the likes of Stuttfford or Pickfords because at least they are reliable and professional. I regret doing business with Biddulphs International and I will never recommend it to anyone else in the future.
