Taking incompetency and apathy to a whole new level
An utter embarrassment of a company. Botched my installation which was scheduled late anyway, and sent the wrong person from the wrong department. I had to wait for them all day at my office when I was supposed to be on the road, and then didn't even receive an apology. Each department blamed each other as is the way in this *********** country in which we live. I'm so sad that there isn't a zero star rating or even a minus one.1 reply

Disgraceful **** company
An absolute disgrace of a company. More like Drizzle. Half the time the network doesn't work at all and when it does, it runs at speeds a fraction of the speed I pay them for. They are *****ing a living and South Africans need to vote with their feet and do what I am about to do- leave them for a better provider.2 replies

Pathetic Fastways
If there was an option to give zero stars, I would have chosen that option. They always deliver to the incorrect address, their staff are rude and ******** and full of attitude. How this pathetic excuse of a company is still in business is completely beyond me. DON"T USE THEM0 replies

Disgusting
Absoltely terrible service. I ordered two products and they have never arrived. A refund can be processed but that will take another 5-7 days to reflect in my bank account. I will never order from them again. Their staff are apathetic and I don't need this kind of drama in my life.0 replies

Incompetent, unprofessional and downright rude.
There should be a zero star option available for the Greenstone branch. Apart from the rude and unprofessional staff, they have twice messed up my prescription. The shop is an absolute and utter MESS.0 replies

Pathetic, absolutely pathetic
I would have preferred a no star option. Low speeds, intermittent connections, poorly trained tech support staff poorly trained customer relations staff. The whole company seems to have gone to seed.0 replies
