Pool bullets do not work.
Pool Bullets are a waste of money. We were sold these at Checkers. Supposedly up to 7000l pools which is our size. I set up the pool, filled it up, therw a pool bullet in. After two days the pool was already turning green. I left the pump in continuously, after 7 days the pool was terrible. I added a second pool bullet and the water has turned completely green, full of algae. It now ****s to be drained and refilled. Don’t waste your money, stick to the originals.

Rude and Insulting
I have been a loyal custom of Pool Magic since we lived in Glendower over 30 years ago. In the last month i have spent an exceptionally large amount of money to replace the filter and chemicals to get the water blue. The water is still green, so today I went into the store with a water sample and to purchase a basket. I arrived 15 minutes before opening. Anna was very willing to serve me but when i entered the store the saleslady was extremely rude and insulting. There are many other pool companies to support where you will be treated with respect.- and you will probably also be saving money and getting far better service for repairs.

Rude and Insulting

DO NOT use Pool Magic Edenvale
We hired Pool Magic Edenvale to assess a leak in our pool- what an UTTER and REGRETTABLE decision: 1. Always wanting money upfront and never seeing a job being properly done-scammers! 2. Their customer service is disgusting and they have such attitude on the phone. I had one of their managers shouting at me, and I had to remind them that I am the customer. 3. Our tiles had to be replaced; however owing to poor workmanship the tiles were not evenly placed and another tile was not even put back. Therefore children / adults can injure their toes while around the pool (sticking out) and just looks of low quality. 4. The grouting was done poorly and looks messy still. 5. The mess of cement everywhere around the tiles and grass (the tiles messed isn’t even the tiles replaced). 6. A lack of interest in getting the job done properly i,e, they merely want their money and that's all they care about. 7. Marbelite that has been spilled in the pool that shows lack of quality 8. Our problem is still not resolved! Please do not use them as you will be part of their scam

Beware- Pool Magic damages equipment to increase charges
Pool Magic Edenvale was called to service my pool sand filter and fix a small leak. Their poor workmanship caused a larger leak in another section. Pool Magic sent a person almost without tools or support to do the work. I had to lend him a pipe wrench, a saw, a small ***** driver and a brush, for him to be able to do the job. The problem was that the sand filter is too heavy for one person to move to reconnect the loose fittings (he loosen them to work on the filter) and he forced the connection to the point of loosening up other fittings. The resulting poor workmanship caused more leaks. They now want to charge me to fix the 6-way valve which they damaged. Clever trick. Do a bad job and expect the customer to pay extra to fix the damage. Do not trust Pool Magic Edenvale. Proof of Pool Magic Edenvale poor quality work is that they charge in advance, washing their hands if you complain. I trusted them and was caught by their scum. Beware the same thing does not happen to you.

Bad experience
<p>This bad experience cost me R2500.00 before they even arrived at my front door</p> <p>They were more worried about payment and proof of payment than any thing else.</p> <p>With that taken care of they arrived and proceeded to attend to my pool.</p> <p>It was not working properly even though the gentelman said it was .</p> <p>The creepy was hardly moving and he tells me it is fine, I tell him No its not.</p> <p>The next morning I call Pool Magic to tell the lady it is not fine, Barley finish the sentance and she says they will have to charge me for another call out .</p> <p>Unsatisfactory Work</p> <p>Rude</p> <p>I see there are a couple of other dissatisfied customers</p> <p>DO NOT USE POOL MAGIC unless you are looking for a bad experience</p> <p> </p> <p>Rosalyn Laffer</p> <p>Please print this on your web site</p>
