I always buy my lunch by Pick and Pay at Festival Mall as I work there. The stinking attitude I always get from the kitchen staff there is so unbearable. You will ask something and you won't even get a response. I went there several times when she's there I don't buy my lunch because it's like when she has to serve me it feels like she doesn't want to serve me. She really need to fix her attitude shame. I don't want to force someone to do her job. I'm so disappointed because I'm a customer I want to feel valued.
They got my order wrong because they're always busy chitchatting amongst themselves.I'm not very happy
I went to Chicken Licken Festival after a long day at work and wanted to grab something to eat, I waited for my order for almost 20 minutes I went to the counter to find how far was my order, my order was ready of which they never call it out as they normally do. The lady said they called it out but I didn't hear them as they were busy chitchatting about personal things instead of giving good customer service. The staff are so unprofessional and I'm so disappointed because it's not the first time I thought this time it will be different.
I went to KFC at Kempton Park CBD, Kempstar next to the station, I have never experienced such a pathetic service, I have ordered wrapsta boxes, mash and gravy, it was a take away, to my surprise when I got home, the mash and gravy was not there but it was billed on the receipt, I expected to find everything there and I cannot drive back all the way back because I stay very far and it was late. BAD SERVICE EVER
I would like to express my gratitude to Peermed team for providing an excellent service to me when I was at my worst time.They have shown me nothing but compassion, I recommend them anytime. Keep up the great work ❤️❤️
