We are almost at the halfway mark with Ayanda (my 15-year-old daughter) attending online school through Koa Academy. As we had never tried online schooling before, I was prepared for whatever may come. It has been pleasantly easy to adjust and Ayanda's grades made it all the better. She aced them, except for Business Studies, which we are working on raising the bar, and she is now more positive towards her prospects for varsity in two years' time. Thanks Koa Academy.

My appreciation for this week goes to Charlotte Ndlovu, Isabella Garcia Client Care Coordinator. I like the speedy and efficient way she responded to my query. I am already an ambassador of the brand. I like the way Isabella Garcia products feel on my skin. I used to have a ****le problem and oily skin, which then dries out in Winter. My skin has never been happier since I started using their products. Keep up the good work Isabella Garcia.
The checking in last night was horrendous: 1. We arrived around 8 pm at night and waited outside the gate for more than an hour while we were told they couldn't find the confirmation of our booking, even though we had fully paid on 17th December 2020 for a whole four day-stay. 2. We were finally let in after 9:20 pm, the reception was utterly cold and unwelcoming. They were rude, arrogant and made us feel unsafe. The accommodation itself left a lot to be desired, it is dirty, un-kept and in a state of disrepair. Unlike the beautiful pictures that got us sold on booking it for four days to spend the festive season in. In fact we had thought about extending our stay until after the 31st December. 3. The room we were allocated was not the suite we were promised. The room had no mirrors, the mattress and mattress protector were torn and dirty. It took a lot to even spend the whole night there. There was no way we were going to stay there until the 28th December. We were woken up before eight in the morning, I don't know for God knows what on a Christmas morning. They turned what was supposed to be a fun and carefree holiday into an utter nightmare, over and above that we now have to look for alternative accommodation for the rest of this stay.
