The sent wrong size and refuse to refund
I ordered Small boxer underwear. They sent a Medium and I cannot return the item stating that: "Our returns policy states that a return can only be accepted if the item is not a non-returnable item"

Cancellation nightmare
I cancelled my account in September. They send sms'e that the cancellation is in progess. They kept on billing me. I sent emails without response. Now they send my outstanding account to attorneys. This is the worst service ever!!!
