Bought Elfbar at Total in Bizana it was faulty I took it back the 2nd one again was faulty 3rd one was just a knock off same the last two bought a 9K pod within a week all 3 not working

Bad products
My favorite thing about Total is that they sell my favorite vape pods Elfbar recently I have had bad experiences they have been selling defectives pods I have returned 3 pods in a space of 2 days they hardly got stock or flavors available. Total im talking about is in Bizana.

Zero transparency
I have had enough with Santam when I was in an accident I called them I asked if 3rd party is covered they said yes and both vehicles must be towed they talked to the towing company both cars went to the same Panel shop. 3rd party has been paid out I haven't I receive a call from the Panel shop saying they got an email from Santam stating that I must pay the 3rd parties towing fees if I knew that day one of the accident I wouldn't have allowed the 3rd parties vehicle to be towed.

Bad customer service
Had an accident on the 25th of October 2025 its the 28th of November 2025 my car was deemed a written off till today im the one who is always calling for updates back and forth with the panel beaters and Santam because Santam isn't being clear and transparent delays responses.

Bad customer service
My mom took her Starlet for service at Toyota in Richards Bay as she left the dealership the key fob fell apart she went back and they said it's her fault not theirs it's obvious the technicians broke the the fob and tried covering it up now they don't want to take accountability and get her a new key.

IFA CLAIMS
Been 3 weeks now I'm trying to claim my money they said it takes 8 business days when I called them and they said they want my new bank statement and certified ID copy I sent all that now when I call again they telling me to send my old bank bank statement I haven't used my old bank for 2 years don't even have the card when I ask what for they say for verification really a useless **** of a company I discourage everyone to not go for IFA.

Refrain from Ford Umhlanga
I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone I bought a car July last year within 3 months sensors failed they refused to fix the car I had to call the Motor Ombudsman eventually they fixed the sensors now October this year car broke down again. Car was towed to an approved RMI workshop insurance called DEKRA to access the vehicle my claim was rejected reason being catalytic converter has been cut and the insides removed I was shocked I was not aware of this right now I'm paying for a car that is just sitting in the yard I'm also paying the workshop R15 000 for strip and quote Ford in Umhlanga again denies this and said they sold me the car in perfect condition what makes matters worse the salesman that sold me the car resign manager left as well

Ford CMH
If you want a lekka broken car I recommend this dealership it's been almost 4 months now and this dealership hasn't resolved my issues they sold me a faulty car Aircon isn't working used car manager THOMAS keeps saying the warranty will deal with it, my car was with them for 2 months came back and engine light came on warranty can't pay for the repairs because Ford tempered with the kilometres of the car alot isn't adding up and Ford is simply ignoring this issue.
