Incompetent staff at Cell C, bunch of robbers
Customer service agents unable to do their jobs causing their systems to cause customers exstra charges to their bill, escalation department gives ups after trying to contact you to have your query sorted and just ends up robbing you, taking money which Is not theirs, causing customers, stress, inconvenience and financial inconvenience taking money which does not belong to them, sies8 replies
