poor service
keep on getting calls and sms after i said sent me an email ,no reply and after 1 month still no reply .after the first email they confirm of email and will atend within 72 hours still no such luck. after second email i reply on amount i can afford to pay and they not even reply on that mail.si its now 3 month so looks like you just want to waist time and dont need payment from me

It operating hours from 08h30 to 16h00 and its now 08h50 still standing before closed doors Saturday here to ooen account and its still not activated

poor service
After few attemps trying to ask for sms before month end for balance on how much to pay for bill ,nothing and everymonth fone been cut off at 28 of each month and need to call ask and reactivate to pay account how difficult can it be to activate sms very poor service never had any issues with cell c or vodacom will go back to other service provider after contrat ends

Very bad service for technical support when calling and the line is dead or something and never answer after a few attemps Leave a querry and no response Have a 10mbps line and download speed running 1mbps if your luckey
