We have been running around for the past few weeks my sister bought a car at Willam Hunt Pretoria, back in 1998 which was financed by McCathy she then paid off the car recently she sold the car, we come across a problem that she's unable to change the ownership because it has been registered under McCathy Finance, she gave them a call asking for assistance she was told to visit the dealership, she asked which dealership because it has been moved they didn't have answers, i mean this is a huge inconvenience because she's been going Back and forth
My Rain Services has been disconnected since 2nd April 2025 i spent the whole month without any services and then on the 29th of April 2025 i made a payment arrangement to my surprise i woke up to a billing of services i never used and now my i have been disconnected again, i Tried call the customer care there's no answer it just rings, they service is extremely poor and this is what we call ripping people off honestly speaking
I have been trying to cancel my policies with sanlam and I'm being taken from pillar to post , I've sent emails tried calling they've been transferung me from one person to another, now the last person i spoke said he does not seem to see my details on their system and then the call went silent this is worst service ever it makes me wonder should one decide yo continue with the services this is how a person is going regarding claims, I'm really disappointed with tbe service sanlam is giving us
Vodacom fibre with openserve is the worst i have recieved my vodacom router 2 weeks ago i have been waiting for the openserve technician to come for fibre installation i called vodacom customer care for assists and they said a technician will come within 72 hours , i then called again after a week i was told that the matter has to escalated to management the matter will be resolved within 72 hours, Yesterday i called again for a follow up the agent to me to me to avoid calling customer service as it delays the progress , this has been an inconvenience because i work from home i cancelled my subscription with rain 5g , thinking i would recieve a better service with vodacom but instead i have to buy data bundles every single day for me to be able to work, yet i see Openserve vehicles around my area every single day i went to one of the technician to ask why haven't they come and install my fibre and i was told that because i made my fibre with vodacom they can't help me unless i cancelled my subscription with vodacom, and start a new application with them then they'll help me this is totally unacceptable because im stuck with a router that doesn't work yet the money is still going to be debited from my account month end
Last night I credited my Hollywood bets acc using and eft payment and i made an immediate payment since them I haven’t been credited and then i called them had to hold for 30 minutes and then i spoke to a consultant called Nobuhle she told that i paid n i used an incorrect reference but i had send it proof of payment with the correct reference and she said i must send it to her email address she’ll assist me ASAP it’s been close to 2 hours now since i sent the email no response or assistance nothing
So I ordered my 5G rain simcard on the 30th September 2021 , on the 1st October I received a call from an agent confirming my details and my delivery date i then waited for my parcel i then received and sms that they have delays which was on the 4th October 2021 few minutes later I received a call from one of the drivers tell me that I’ll receive my parcel the following day which is the 5th October 2021 then the morning of 5 October i receive a call from an agent confirming my details again telling I’ll receive my parcel on the 6th October 2021 i then tell her that I’ll not be available because I’m suppose to go to work I’m can’t wait for the courier company everyday can they give my daughter the parcel they then said it is not possible but the agent said she’ll speak to her manager and get back to me I’m still waiting even now. This is the worst service because i mean they cannot put me on house arrest while they keep on delaying to deliver my parcel
