I called in @ Galitos Standerton branch on Friday around 19:00 & spoke to a very very rude gentleman who refused to give his name only when I had said I will report his poor customer service that when he told me he is Simon. I placed an order for a family feast which I wanted cut in 4 he called in @ 19:12 re confirming my order but when I came to pick up around 20:02 my order was not made after receiving terrible & poor customer service I was even more irritated at the fact that my order was not placed despite this guy calling me to re-confirm the order he had the nerve of not putting my order through. I have the recording of the entire call . My order was then rushed only to find when I got home the meat was dry as a desert no basting on the meat but yet I clearly stated I wanted 1x meduim & 1 x lemon & herb & worst of all it was cut in 8
On the 1st of May I had been to Pedro's at Starwood mall placed a sit in order for 2 & informed the cashier that I'm still going to do something will come back. I'm not quite sure of the exact time I walked back in the store but what I do know is it was just before 15:00 I approached 1 of the waitresses and advised her I placed an order for sit in I am back can she assist by serving my meal she asked if I already had a table & said because it's still full she asked me to sit in the waiting area & I responded by saying, "because I'm too hungry I will sit @the tables that are by the door" she acknowledged hearing me & asked me to take a seat she will serve me. She went to the kitchen & I saw her checking on my meal thinking she will attend to us immediately patiently waited for another 2 to 3 minutes no sign I stood up again went to the counter & this time I spoke to a gentleman showed my receipt & asked if I could my meal, he then said ok it's ready so I sat down I overhead him telling 1 of his colleagues that this meal is ready can it be served the very same lady that I approached when I walked in the shop turned around to the warmer held the plates in her hand & left again and attended to a friend of her's who had walked in left my order went to kitchen prepared the ladies order within a space of 4 to 5 min's her friends order was ready & gave it her & she left, having requested for my meal 2 times I still waited then the cashier that assisted me noticed that we are back called my daughter with the receipt read the slip & said you will get it just now so as ****ed off as I was I decided to wait but after seeing that no1 was still attending to us I went to the cashier advised her I've been asking for my meal but no1 is assisting me & I was raging with anger because my daughter kept saying she cant stick the hunger anymore I've asked for my meal twice already but the lady that I spoke to has not been assisting I requested a refund after having to wait almost +- 15 min's for a meal that was long ready. Some of your staff need to be taught customer service skills and that all customers should be treated the same 😡😡
I was assisted by Mala @ the Phoenix Plaza branch who has excellent customer skills. I had forgotten my ID @ home but despite all that she had been extremely patient with me & within 10 min's she had finished my application. Even after the delivery was made she went the extra mile of checking up me. Keep up the excellent work aunty Mala
I must say Ram couriers is one of the worst courier companies I've ever dealt what irritates is the lies that they wrote on their profile I had a dilivery which was supposed to be sent 29/03/2019 it never came through, I in this case was actually undermined for I received a call 3/04/2019 from a lady asking me if I could meet their driver @ Bridge city mall or @ Phoenix Plaza of which I refused she had the nerve to tell me to @ least meet the driver @ Engen service station for he would have my parcel dilivered on Thursday the 4th, she did not confirm availability whatsoever it was an order given to me so to say, however I canceled my plans for that day awaiting the driver to call stating what time he would diliver the whole day went by no dilivery came through nor was I even given any feedback, Friday the 5th around 13:12 I received a call from the driver of Ram couriers he didn't say his name all he said was he would be @ my address in 10 min's time to diliver my Vodacom parcel which was when I asked him whom did he confirm my availability with advised him I was expecting dilivery as off Monday 29/03 which was never done so I no longer understand whom the client is the call was then cut. What frustrates me the most is when I tracked the parcel using the waybill I saw on their side under notes they said they called me numerous times there was no answer & no availability @ my address which was infact a blatant lie because no one ever called me to confirm if I would be home so they have now returned my parcel back to the warehouse of which Vodacom has to now revise that deal & re-confirm my address again because of the incompetent staff of Ram couriers which is so of an inconvenience to me, I on the other hand do have recordings of the conversation I had with the driver as proof that what is written by Ram is a lie.
I called in waited close to 20 min's whilst awaiting to speak to a consultant, spoken to Bongiwe who dismally failed to assist me with my complaint instead put the phone on mute which is no different from putting the phone down on me being a client I even made sure I record the call because it's not the 1st time we called in & received bad service & this I want an apology sent to me for I am really tired of calling in & being treated like trash by your call centre agents.
