My 80 year old mom was at this center for almost 3 weeks after she had an operation . At the time she was admitted she was already very thin and the dr was personally informed by me of her poor eating habits and I suggested my mom being put on a drip. The response was that a drip is expensive and that patients need to eat by themself . My mom was also on a protein shake the family had to provide which did not help .As the time went on my moms condition became even worse .When she had to go for her check up at the hospital the family was informed that it was their responsibility to get her to the hospital. After negotiating an ambulance was arranged . After her visit at the drs room we received a a call from a person at 18:30 informing us that they were concerned about my moms poor condition (keeping in mind she was "taken care of" at Rynmed . The next day we we showed a photo of my mom to the matron at the frail care where she was going to when she was due to be discharged . The first thing the matron said " This lady is in a severe state of dehydration" . At this time I had enough and made contact with dr demanding my mom being put on a drip . She was put on a drip that same evening and her condition improved a little . In the meantime she developed multiple bedsores . Why put vulnerable people through this ?
Bought a more fare on this airline . The higher fare was for the convenience to cancel the ticket should health status change before our travel . When one of the passengers had to go for an operation the passenger had to answer so many questions which were an intrusion of his privacy . The dr did write a medical report but still they needed more information than they needed . These 'RULES" were not mentioned when they grabbed the additional money for the higher fare .
Stay away from this incompetent company . Ran away 1/4 in renovation of my apartment . Ran away with R 70 000 Does not respond to messages , changed his number STAY AWAY if you don’t want to loose your money
Made a reservation for the Avani resort in Livingstone . These people could mot wait to take half the money as deposit. 24 hours later still no confirmation or any note from them . Stay away from these people . Myself forced to open a case of fraud . advertisinf fake rates , taking money and not responding
Always take my car there. Getting good service until my Apple Watch was stolen from my car . Only two people worked on my car . No response
