Rude and unprofessional Manager

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at Power Fashion -Phumulani Mall. I attempted to exchange a white school shirt, but the supervisor/store manager refused, stating that store rules do not allow the return or exchange of white items. What made this experience particularly frustrating is that this policy is not communicated anywhere in the store, nor is it indicated on the till slip. As a customer, I had no way of knowing about this rule before making the purchase. Clear communication of such policies is essential to ensure transparency and fairness. Additionally, the manner in which the situation was handled was disappointing. Instead of offering a solution, I was simply told to return the item to the store where it was originally purchased. This response felt dismissive and did not reflect good customer service. I believe that customers should be properly informed of any non-returnable items at the point of purchase, and staff should be trained to handle such situations more professionally and empathetically. I hope this feedback will be taken seriously and used to improve both communication and customer service going forward.
