Worst service ever. very arrogant service manager with absolutely no client skills. My vehicle was bought on 22 October 2024 and has a two year warranty but now the battery is giving problems and they say that the battery cannot be changed using the warranty as the battery warranty started counting down from the day it was installed and not the day the vehicle was sold
Absolute ******! They have a 14 day guarantee but send you half and engine then say the 14 days is over whilst you still wait on them to send the outstanding parts. When you evenly get the parts and start up the car, the engine is dead . They then fall back on their guarantee policy and you end up *****ed anyway. Find a reputable place and leave this place alone. Stay away from them.
This garage messed up my injectors 4 months ago and to date they still have not fixed them! I have been sent from pillar to post by their useless manager Barbara who never returns calls or responds to emails! My two other vehicles have had to have the same work re-done elsewhere 🤬 If you still value your car stay away!
Worst and most inhumane treatment ever! Am leaving immediately. If you have not joined, find another provider. Wife is dying of pain and they cannot even keep track of their records. Just get sent from pillar to post!
Worst telecommunications and fibre service provider ever. And this is a complement as the words to describe their customer service would be considered derogatory!!!!! Can’t believe it has taken over a month just to connect to an existing line!!!! And still we wait!!!!! Their call centre is just useless. Their customer support is even worse and is in complete disarray 🤬🤬🤬🤬
This Rain is in telecommunication but they do not even have the decency to communicate back to customers that have paid!!!!!!! I have been trying to RICA my sim with them for 2 weeks now and they have validating my address ever since. The emails that I have sent to them are countless and they have not even had the decency to at least acknowledge receipt let alone assist in solving my problem......... Makes me wonder what sort of service I should expect from them for the first month which I have paid for already?????????????
Absurd is all I can say!!!! So angry ? worst service I have ever experienced ever from any company . See pic below ! Who keeps slips of jeans bought months to years ago?????? And then after paying monthly for cover they have the gall to tell me to get the police report! They have the case number and the police station so s traumatized and I still have to deal with this? why can’t they go apply for it! Do you have no understanding and compassion for what people go through when thieves invade their home? Come on ..... In any case, even if I had the till slips for the clothes, they would have faded within 3 to 4 months. So what would be the point? Is this another case of an insurance company trying to find all the reasons for not paying? Should I take my business elsewhere?
Mcarthy Volkswagen poor poor! I want my money back??????. I have a 2010 Polo VW with an extended service plan and warranty. I have been to Mcarthy VW uMhlanga 2 times over the past 12 months for the exact same problem. The problem is the fan resistor which they have replaced twice since August 2017 and it has now packed up again and the Aircon is once again not working. The vehicle has never missed a service . The level of service or lack thereof is so poor that I will never buy another Volkswagen again. The above mentioned branch does not know the meaning of customer service. I have sent correspondence and they have not responded and now all I want is my 7k back and then rather go to a backyard mechanic. I have even gone as far as having to hire vehicles while they work on mine and they are not even willing to give me a courtesy car! Volkswagen is so shabby! And Mcarthy is even worse ; I am sure that if they were to run a tab they would fail dismally. So much for German precision ??

Samsungs "Buy and Get" is just a scam to get us to buy their products with the hope of getting lovely vouchers. The vouchers never materialise as they keep putting up hurdle after hurdle when you claim and then they come up with technicalities. All that happens is that you get sent from pillar to post until eventually you throw a tantrum and then an Amin Davids throws technicalities at you. Poor service. Very disappointing by such a global icon.
