I recently put my second solar system in, which I keep advertising for them and telling everybody about Gosolr but the last couple of weeks the communication I have NOT received, I am now thinking twice to promote them. I tried to phone was holding on for 5min then robot machine said someone will phone me back, I emailed them twice, still no response. I have some issues regarding my system and wanted help and I am thinking of upgrading my system but with this service I am considering it very strongly. 3days later still NO RESPONSE! Your customer service is terrible. But if they want an answer they send out emails that I will experience risks and fines if I don’t respond!!! Shame well same this side I will make your name bad all over social media now.
Honestly ridiculous when it comes to customer assistance regarding profile changes. I have asked them to put my medical aid debit order on my company business account. Received confirmation letter that it is all sorted will start going off my business account 1 April. My debit order bounced because it went of my personal account which I did not put money in for. now my medical aid is on hold because the incompetence of Discovery staff. You are quick to put your medical aid up but don't take into account that customer needs assistance. looking for another medical aid. And my car insurance and household insurance it with Discovery, guess you going to lose it all.
I honestly can say that they are a very good company with awesome service. When there is an issue they sort it out straight away. They always friendly and willing to assist. I have recommended them to all my friends and family. Thank you for your amazing service
THIS COMPANY IS USELESS!!!!! I get an email saying updated policy, i have not updated anything on my policy, I phone them to find out, their words" OUTsurance is making some changes to the policy as they are taking my routine care and health booster off" This is WITHOUT MY CONCERN!!!!!!! OUTsurance is taking things off my policy without acknowledging me, then they said they have tried to contact me!!! BULL**** man there is no phone call or missed call from any OUTsurance nr. next best thing is to EMAIL a customer about it.. not just update their policy. I have insurance for my dog for her yearly routine care and if she gets sick of needs to go to hospital. Now OUTsurance just decides for themselves they are going to take it off. YOU ARE A JOKE!!!!!! THIS HAS BEEN THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE.. WHO ARE YOU TO DECIDE WHAT TO TAKE OFF MY POLICY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Very disappointed with OUTsurance Pet Insurance. My claim was rejected due to a hidden or unclear limit on the health booster, even though I believed I was properly covered. My question to them was will they pay it every month as my dog needs to get the injection every month.
I can't believe this is where steers is now, absolutely terrible.. First of all I ordered a 1/4 chicken and chips which they advertised everywhere for R49, I paid R55, when I asked them why, they said they only put the board with specials up recently..no sorry mam or let me refund you nothing!! Secondly while I waited for my food i ordered a plain cone, so I asked the lady if she can just add some red sauce over , it's not much I mean a cone is this small. She said I will have to charge you R19.99 for that!! EXCUSE ME?????? Thirdly I got my chicken order, I get home I eat my chips when I took a bite of my chicken, it tasted like it was old and off..had a very funny taste and smell. I was too scared to eat it. I took out a cellphone contract with Vodacom, 2 years ago. I received a message saying that my installment will be going up by R130. Then I checked my invoice I received when I just started the contract. So, for 2years I am paying over R300 more than what I started with, and I see they increase my GB's every time. I never agreed to this. I don't even use all my data, but they increase, and we need to pay more every month. Vodacom you are sneaky, and I DO NOT TRUST YOU ANYMORE. I don't even want to upgrade with you anymore. I would rather go to another provider. This is how they ***** people's money... Ridiculous if you ask me!!!!!!!!!!
I am with Outsurance for the pet insurance. We don't really claim for anything as my dog is healthy. Until the vet has said because she has a skin allergy we need to put her on an injection every month. I phoned and I added the health booster to my pet insurance. First month we get injection and I see my outbonus has now moved on to an extended date. I spoke to guy from pet insurance department and he said because the health booster is a claim my outbonus will move to extended date. So because my dog needs this injection every months that's why I took the healthy booster now I can't qualify for an outbonus. Typical, just as I thought they are good, THERE IS ALWAYS SOMETHING they will do so you don't get cash back. Very disappointed in them.
I literally don't understand how you are still in business; your service is ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!!! We have been emailing Clyde Francis the leader in the clearance department to give us the correct VOC, voucher of correction for us to complete our paperwork in order for us to pay them. 4 days with an email every hour, no response. HAVE THE DECENCY TO ATLEAST RESPOND, HAVE SOME MANNERS IF YOU KNOW WHAT IT IS!!! Matu our sales representative that is cc'd in these mails, no response, not answering or returning phone calls. YOUR SERVICE IS UP TO ****!!!!!!!! You want to call yourself a sales rep but i have not seen you at our offices in years???? STOP BEING LAZY AND DO YOUR JOB!!!!!!!!!!!! My question is why if we are begging you to fix your mistake for YOU to be paid it takes weeks, unfortunately as a company we run things like they supposed to and by you delaying our accounts department you are creating chaos.
