I got a water bottle from Goldwater akasia and a week later it had a leak,on the 18/03 I went for an exchange and was told that I can not exchange it over the counter as I need to submit it for inspection in order to get a refund…till date I haven’t got my refund of any communication regarding the matter
I booked an air con service and when I got there on the agreed date was told that the machine broke down and i was to be booked again which will be free for the inconvenience …two weeks later a got a call to come on the 22/01/24 at 10:00 …I got there on time and after waiting 30min was told that the technician is not on site and his stand in can’t operate the machine and will get a call on when to come again…. Do keep in mind that I drive 35km to get to brits so it’s 140km wasted in total and my time
called on 26/05 and I was told they would get back to me after communication with a supervisor.on Thursday and Friday I received text stating that my policy was active and stuff and I never app**** for one. When I called I was told that it was activated from a branch in on Tuesday and I explained that I never visited any branch …now it’s Saturday and they are busy sending documents via email stating il be debited on the 29th.
They offer good product at a good price.loved their products and services till recently I couldn’t get hold of them for an exchange …it’s extremely difficult to get a response from them and now I had to buy the correct item instead of exchanging #39905
Made orders on the 28 of Feb and dates keeps on changing...till to date haven't received my parcels...if u don't have some items y not ship out the rest?
Logged a call in Nov 2021 and still no response. Every follow up made ends with long holding time and "we still working on it" or the consultant don't understand the terms used on the report. THIS IS VERY FRUSTRATING and things are getting damaged. 0721817374
