Bought 2 Stanley cups from them and one has stopped keeping drinks warm. Tried to claim on the lifetime warranty from them but I have to pay R150 for courier fees and then not even sure what will happen next. Also told that it will take up to 3 months. I can buy a new lizard cup for just over R200. When I bought it they even used the lifetime warranty as a selling point.
I would like to commend FlySafair Ntombizodwa Zwane for the excellent way in which she helped me resolve a problem with a booking mistake I made. Well done Legendary service.
I recently ordered some electrical fittings of which 5/6 was damaged by the courier. I reported the damage to Lite Glo by email and without any other contact they informed me that they have send me new fittings. Already received them today. What outstanding service thank you very much
Have now logged 3 faults with 3 ticket numbers to Vox. No internet service from 17/10. They just close the tickets without any action. Tried the customer number which gives you another number, which sound like an old fax line. Very dissapointed for almost R1000 a month or R12000 a year this is what you get. Guess they have too many customers now. Pathetic

I have written a neg review after some delays and comminication but have recieved apology from owner himself and he gave me a discount on my order for the inconveniance. So in light of this I believe they are responding to problems which is important to me

Ordered items and paid for it but no communication from sellers. Followed up on wapp and recieved an reply promising delivery soon but no details on when. Instead of using them just use Ebay or similar you will get same items with tracking and money back guarentees

Be aware of shopping at Makro Polokwane, especially if you are buying something on special 2 for R100 etc. After standing in the que for very long times you have to wait for the staff to try and figure out if you are lying or not. Even showing them on their own advert doesn,t make them believe you. Guess when you have a monopoly like them it doesn,t really matter. Wonder how many people dont even bother to ask for the correct price.
