I do not know why there are so many bad reviews, but I have been treated well from day 1. I am renting for a more than a month now and their complex is tidy and clean. They take care of the gardens, the trashbins, and everything in the complex. When I just moved in, the place was so clean that my mother wanted to clean the place to help me out and the white cloth she was using could not pick up a single speck of dust. There were a couple of small faults in the house. I emailed them late afternoon after their offices were closed, but early the next morning the guys were at my house to fix everything. They respond quickly and efficiently and is officially the best place I ever rented with. I am really blessed to have found this amazing place. Thank you for all your effort and keep up the good work.
Me and my family went to the Pick n Pay in Woodlands Mall on 24-11-2024, to purchase some items for lunch. The staff their seemed extremely dismissive of our presence and were very unhelpful. Firstly, I went to the Deli to get a pie, but the staff refused to assist me and kept helping people that came after me, and there were only 3 people including myself when I got there, so it wasn't as if they were too busy to notice me. At one point they came to help me as I was the last person, but suddenly another lay came by and the staff member turned around just as she started speaking to me to assist the other lady, clearly showing me that they did not want to help me. I eventually left without getting anything from the Deli after about half and hour. This is the first time I am treated like this, probably because I usually rather go Checkers who have very friendly staff usually, but from now on I will stick with Checkers on the other side of the same mall. Secondly, my wife found a big piece of smoked cheese in the cheese section. It did not have a price on, only an expiration date. While I was waiting at the Deli she took the cheese to one of the staff members to get a price and they took it to the same Deli I was waiting at. When the Deli staff saw my wife waiting for the price, they took the cheese and went to the office. A while later they came back without the cheese and refused to sell it to us with excuses such as it was discontinued and some other excuses and I cannot remember, but it clearly had a expiry date which was still fine, so why was it in the cheese section and why can they not just give us the price as Checkers has done before if an item does not have a price. We asked them what they are going to do with the cheese if they cannot sell it and they could not tell us what they will do with it or where it was so that we can take a photo to try and find it somewhere else. All in all, it seemed as if the Deli staff went out of there way to refuse to help us in anything we needed. Such a disappointment.
I ordered the Meta Quest 3 from them, once they confirmed the payment in their account the next morning, they immediately shipped it and I got it the same day in perfect condition. They were out-of-stock of the 5m Meta Quest Cable that I also ordered and promised they would send it by the following week. They kept their promise and not only that, they sent me a 6m cable instead of the 5m. Thanks for the great service and I will definitely order from them again in the near future.
I am giving a three star because for years they supported our family without any issues, but this is my second review of them in two months where they failed us during the lockdown (Check my other review for a 2 star rating and what happened there). They gave us 2 month payment holiday because I lost all my income. I now found a new job with a small income, but enough to pay them. The thing is, I am only starting on Tuesday, thus I am only getting my first salary at the end of the month. Oneplan now refuses to help us out with one more month. Where everyone was willing to help 3 months, they only helped 2 months, not nearly enough to recover from loosing a job. Very few people can recover this quickly. Now we have to cancel years of great service, but once this is canceled and I get my first income I am going straight to some one else for our medicals. I do want to say thank you for the past few years, during the birth of my 3 kids and all our medical needs. It is really a sad day that we are forced to leave and that my salary is just one month too late to save our medical insurance.
Oneplan has always been good to us, that is why I cannot give a one star, but when the COVID-19 crisis hit and we lost all our income, that is when things became problematic. We phoned them in advance and asked to pause our plan so we do not have to pay which they did for one month. When the second month came and we still had no income we phoned them again to extend the pause for one more month. They confirmed that it would be paused, but when the end of the month came, they deducted literally the only money we had left in our account. So, they basically lied. Now they tell us that we will need to wait 7 to 14 days for them to pay it back, but when they want your money, they take it immediately. What are we suppose to do now? We have no money for food or anything and we have three children. Thanks Oneplan for your compassion in a time of need!
I have been getting good service for years from Vodacom, but when they lie to me, then it becomes a real problem. I upgraded last Thursday and by Friday it was consigned. Today (Tuesday) I still haven't received my phone, so I phoned Vodacom and the call agent told me they would deliver it the next day. So I went and phoned RAM, the couriers who was suppose to deliver the phone and they told me that Vodacom had a problem with my address. The street name and number was missing for some reason no one could explain and they were waiting for Vodacom before they could pick up the phone. I gave RAM my correct address and they would sent it through to Vodacom and told me that I would be contacted soon. I am very disappointed that RAM could tell me this and not the Vodacom call agent who made up a story and could not or would not tell me there was a problem with my address. Strange how RAM had to do the work for Vodacom!
Me and my wife are extremely thankful and grateful for the "Moms and tots" parking and till point inside the shop. We bought our groceries at Checkers Hyper in Somerset West, Western Cape, and everything went so smooth and quick due to these small Mom's and tots benefits. Thank you very much
My cars battery suddenly died after working at a client. I phoned MiWay for roadside assistance. With my previous car insurers it literally took 40 to 60 minutes to get help, but with MiWay help arrived withing about 10 minutes. I am officially impressed.
