I sent a parcel away at PEP (PAXI) on 31/07/2024 Middelburg (MP) cost R 60. The parcel was supposed to be delivered on 7/08/2024. They send it to the wrong place. We start to trace the parcel and they cannot find it. Nobody tries to help me with my parcel that gets lost. Now it is 2 months later and they do not answer emails, sms, or WhatsApp. I send it from Vaalmall Vanderbijlpark PEP. I made a call this morning to customer care and held on for 22 minutes and then they hung up the phone. I made more than 15 calls without success. I pay for that and my customer does not receive his parcel.
Isn't a Bank there to keep the public's money safe? How can a Bank allow money to be withdrawn from your account by ****** without you having signed any consent from the account holder? Money is deducted from my account by Capitec Bank for life insurance from Old Mutual then Old Mutual knows nothing about it. The account holder loses the transaction fee and the money for the reverse of the money and time to take off at work to solve the problem and I must waste my petrol to drive to the Bank. This is total ***** from both sides of Capitec and Old Mutual and the public must be happy, then Old Mutual told me I must stop making Demands but it is my money, not Old Mutual’s money.

I will never buy any LG Products in my life again. I bought an LG TV (8) years ago and the main board get faulty for some reason. I paid R 20 000 for this **** of electronics. After 8 years I must through R 20 000 away because LG Discontinue the spares. I will not even look to any LG Products in my life. You will not see any LG Product in my home anymore after you pay for QUALITY and the name of LG.
I took my vehicle to repair an oil leak. The owner said to me this is the Cam belt pulley seal and say to me that the oil filter also leaking oil and I must replace this also. After he finish with my vehicle my oil leak was worst ad before. He never answer his phone and I took it back the next morning and he was not there. His Mechanic told me that he will look for me to see what is wrong. I took that seal he put in for me to a spare shop to get a new seal. This people laugh at me and told me this is a bearing seal and not a Cam seal that this person put in my car. It cost me to pay someone to take me to the dealer to get the right seal. He charge me R 50 for that wrong seal and the real price is R 8.00
On Monday the 9th of July 2018 at 15.30 pm I took my Daughter to bought a battery for her Cellphone because she need one very urgent at Vodacom shop Vaalmall Vanderbijlpark. The Manager promise me that is not the original Samsung battery but he can promise me I not have a problem. We put the battery on charge immediately and in 3 minutes it shows 100% charge. When my Daughter put it in her phone and switch it on the battery go down to 40% . We not even have the battery 8 hours but they don't want to refund or replace the battery. Now why must she wait another week for her refund as she need a battery urgent. Very poor service and the people who work there don't know what is customer service.

My dogter het Donderdag die 24 ste by Pepstores in Checkers Hyper Vanderbijlpark goed gekoop, hulle het haar kaartjie 2 keer geswipe vir 'n bedrag van R 300 en dit gee altesaam R 600. En daardie Manager by Pepstores wat my dogter soos 'n hond behandel het kan bly wees ek was nie daar, en ek waarsku jou MNR Manager. Ek gee julle kans tot 10 uur more en as haar geld nie terug in haar rekening is nie sit ek dit op Twitter en Facebook hoe swak diens FNB is en hoe steel julle geld, so up to you of julle dit gaan uit sort. Waar de hel het jy gesien julle trek geld uit haar rekening en sy moet 2 weke wag. Dit is haar geld wat julle steel en sy het dit nodig. My nommer MR. I must share my experience with the public. My daughter bought a SANSUI Tablet, and the battery explode after the 1 year warranty. And Lenton Marimuthoo by STYLCO service centre help me to sort out this problem with very good customer service and respect I ever experience in my whole life.
