Shocking service from Makro Cape Gate
Zero rating! Shocking service Purchased a cantilever umbrella and realized it needed to be drilled into the ground. I requested a refund. They came to collect and emailed saying my refund would be processed. Waiting for refund and over the weekend the very same umbrella was again delivered. Unable to get hold of store manager Truly worst service ever.

Nightmare to deal with
I fear when any Samsung appliances gets faulty because i need to deal with Liptronics. Telephonically it is a nightmare. It will take at least 12-15 calls before you get through to someone and from there it just goes downhill. How a reputable company like Samsung can send their customers to them is beyond me.

Artificial Grass - Good Service
Was very sceptical to pay a large deposit to any company i wasnt familiar with. However, was very pleasantly surprised at the quality of this company's work (now renamed to Quick Turf). The response and feedback time was superb and i am extremely happy with my newly laid artificial grass. I would definitely recommend them.
