I just want to thank the Splendi and XDS team according to me they are the best Credit bureaus in South Africa. I have logged the same dispute with Experian and TransUnion that I have with Splendi XDS about 3 or 4 months ago. The only one that has resolved my issue was Splendi XDS till today I'm struggling with Experian and TransUnion to get my issue resolved. Keep up the good work and thank you very much for assisting me.
For the last few months I have been struggling to access my report which I paid for, for the whole year and been raising it with there support team that it keeps on giving me and error. I then decided that I will not renew my yearly subscription due to not receiving the service I paid for. This morning when I check the website al of a sudden it works. I then decided ok let me pay the yearly subscription so my data can update so I can see what's going on, right after I made payment it have me the same error as previously. I am able to see my score but can not access the the report on the site. As soon as I click on view report it give me an error 502 Either fix the problem or refund my money.
Worst ever internet service provider started of very good but got bad. I have requested for my line to be move and not cancelled due to owner selling the house and had to move. They have deducted money of my account for the new line on the 24/04/2022 till today nothing the have deducted R799 for service I have asked to be moved witch I never even used to to me not staying at the address. Now I receive another invoice for R1700 that I'm not sure what it's for as I still have no Internet at my place. Will definitely look at other internet provider as I have communicated how many time with webafrica and no one responds at all.
Don't even waist your time with this people kakest network ever dont even get back to you.
I see all these positive reviews but I disagree completely. I applied for a contract with them a week ago trying to followup on the outcome of it and just no one phones back all I get is we will check on the system and phone you back. No one gets back to you.
We cant complain about Telkom's service as there is no service. I have applied for a 4 mb uncapped home unlimited package 3 weeks ago had to do it 3 times as everytime I asked what's going on I get told that there is no order on the system how the hell can there be no order on the system if the order was taken 3 time by a sales consultant not ones have I received a reference no or nothing. Telkom open your eyes you are losing customers to other companies that gives better service. Or are you taking so long to do anything to skip this month so that you can save on the free installation?????? Wake up and smell the roses before it's to late.
