Placed an online order with them. Everything was paid. When I contact them via their whatsapp number, the messages are read, but not responded to. Called throughout the day and no one answers at all. Customer service is definitely not a priority to them!
My Telkom account was outsourced to this "so called debt collector". I advised them numerous times that the account has been duly cancelled with Telkom and Telkom confirmed closure. I requested VVM to take instructions and confirm with Telkom, but they refuse to do so. They continue to harrass me and my wife. Privacy protocols is flouted in that no identity checks are done, my account is discussed with third parties without consent. I have queried the account through them on various occasions and they refuse to take instructions from Telkom. The last agent actually threatened my by saying that he will continue to harrass me every day until I make payment.
I had a data account with Telkom from 2015 - 2017 on a 2 year contract. I duly cancelled the contract on their prescribed forms. Telkom eventually confirmed the cancellation. I have now started getting calls from debt collectors claiming exorbitant amounts. I called Telkom who confirmed that I have no outstanding amount, but cannot assist me, because the account has been outsourced. I am passed from one agent to the other without any resolve.
