We did do a payment to our Sygnia investment account last year(2025) the first payment went threw and showed at Synia. The second payment we made the same day same account same info dissappeared. We lodge a complain as ***** with the bank and FNB did not give us the feedback and no explanation where the second payments money are. We did put the 12 Dec 2025 a review on hellopeter. The bank then suddenly responded and said they will follow up and look at the *****. We had to wait 5 working days. Ref no 6998482NF. After 5 days we send emails and contacted FNB with no response week after werk. In Januarie 2026 we contacted the bank again. There response wait 5 days we are still busy! When we contacted the bank the 2nd time in January 2026 the case was closed without us knowing where our money is or any response from FNB. So who is *****ing my sick sons money and trying to sweep it under the carpet? We had an guy at FNB that said he re-open the case and that he will let us know what is going on after 2 days! We still wait. So FNB you are *****ing money from a sick child that needs that for medicine! We want our money because its obviously ***** from inside the bank! We will not wait for 7 days. We want answers today!! Let the CEO look into this matter or I will sent all this to him.
I went to go buy some T-shirts at trappers middelburg mall. The shirts is 2 in a pack for a good price. I ussually ask them if I can change to shirts if I dont want te colours and they assisted me like that previously. Today when I asked the woman said they dont do that. I said to the woman,so you would rather chase people away and give up the money that person wanted to spent at the store? She proudly said yes she would! No worries for business going down the drain. I wonder who would support a shop like that and staff like that. I cant think how many people they chased away like this. How do trappers want us to support them if they dont want to help customers. The woman even said to me look if there is hanging shirts there and take it from there,me walking threw the shop still didnt see any wildebees shirts hanging with no assisstance. I would tell everybody not to support this shop! I dont know how you would ever get business from me again!
Money paid to investment and FNB cant find it and just say its gone!!! We paid money into and investment account. The account number and all were correct. The 1st payment went into the account. The 2nd payment of R40 000 did not went in. After we struggled and checked with investment party they checked on their side and even with our side show money is paid over it did not show at their side. When we asked FNB to check they made excuses and long story short our money is gone. R40 000 hard earn money gone. FNB must be liable for this as I want to know where that money is? Who stole my money. How can you pay it to an investment account,account number is correct and its gone? Who is *****ing our money! I will tell people not to use FNB if this is not resolved.
Worst Company,I did invest money with them. The first payment that I paid to them they did find and invest my money,the second amount I paid they did not show on my statement. I did sent to my financial advisor the proof of payment and bank statement that we did pay it into the correct account. After 5 months almost 6 months and alot of promisses that it will reflect onto my account with interest back dated,it is still not correct and still not showing. So are they *****ing like this from people. My son got severe kidney failure and I will need that money with his transplant. Sygnia dont care and are playing games!!!
We took out a policy in 2019 for our children for severe illness. We told the broker exactly our childs history. He did not write it down. His mistake. Then discovery did sent a email according to them that said my kid has some exclusions(we did not receive the mail and the broker did not let us know about this). 6 years later we paid alot of money and our son was diagnosed with severe kidney failure this year is May2024. We sent in a claim and then we learned about the exclusions. According to doctors reports they diagnosed my kid for bed wetting and not kidney failure since 2011. I did query the claim not payed out. Did talk to people. No success. So I contacted the CEO Adrian Gore. He did let someone phone me and still they didnt listen. The dialysis is costing us alot of money and all the medication and if we have to drive to the doctors in Pretoria that is 170km away. Medical aid covers just so much! I thought I must try 1 more time. I emailed the CEO Adrian Gore again. This time another lady did listen. Still they didnt want to pay out the severe illness benefit. The lady said on my and my wifes policies there is a Severe illness benefit they can pay out. Its just hidden wat deep and brokers missed it. They even confirmed they will pay back the 6 years payments of the severe illness. Needless to say. The amount they paid out was not 10% of the amount of our policies. We did not received the 6 years payments for the policies. Then after I did move my policies to another company and did let them know in advance they took down Novembers amounts of the policies before pay out. Discovery wants your money and they try everything not to pay out and they are not straight up with people. They dont care about my kid that suffer. I dont know if my child will wake up in the morning or make it to the night to go to bed. He is 14 years old. From a sportman to a child that weigh 36kg. He cant do anything anymore. I wonder if it was one of there personel or CEO's children,how wil the claim then go. I dont receive alot of money. I am going to loose my house and car,but if its for my child I will do that. Discovery dont care about that. To pay out R600 000 for a policy for a child that are waiting for a transplamt of a kidney and must get 3 times a week dialysis,Discovery choose the money above a childs illness even of doctors miss diagnosed him and its proven in reports. I hope people see this and realise to be carefull. The broker that made the mistake can even pay that amount to discovery as he made the fold. But everybody just dont care if my son get treatment and what it cost. As a teacher I will keep fighting this for my child.
My Alarm went down and depleated my battery that is 3 times more than a normal battery. I phoned Monday 28 November 2023 at 10am to ask for assisstance. After they put me threw to witbank branch(because in middelburg no one ever answer) they said they will sent someone during the day. I waited from 10 am and after 5 pm no show. Had to ask work if I can work from home on Wendsday 29 Nov 2023 so that I can phone and sort it out. Again same procedure. No answer and the person send them a mail. They responded and I waited 1hour 30 minutes,just so that technichian said I must wait so that someone can i stall it later today. He drove off with no care. So back to square 1. Then they phoned and tell me they will replace it today,but cant give a time. I cant put my work on hold if someone cant or wont do their work. If I dont pay they will call that same day. Need assisstance no one answer. Will ADT pay my battery that is depleted and cost more than R1000? No change. But its their system that was at fault. Will they give ypu discount for discomfort....again no way. Pay you must pay,for what service
