We reported disconnection on 15/05/2026 and they informed us that TAT for a technician to come is 7 working days as they could not resolve the issue remotely. It's the 9th working day and we have not been contacted. We have a child who depends on the connection to do her homework and assignments. Can we please be assisted Ikeja31054
MY GOODNESS STANDARD BANK, A PERSON DOESN'T HAVE MONEY ALREADY AND YOU GUYS WANT TO CHARGE "HONOURING FEE". From the 06th of April till 09th April you guys kept on duplicating my transactions which happened literally from 01 April-05th of April. Please reverse my honouring fee because i definitely owe you guys NOTHING.
I cancelled my GetMore product in November but I got a debit order for it in February. I called the GetMore call center and the agent told me it will take 30 days for a refund I mean really?! 30days to pay back R129? Refund my money back I won't wait for 30days
