Its been two months since I have put in a claim for my funds but no reply or communication at all. I sent numerous emails to no avail. They never get back to me
This has got to be the most unprofessional bank ever. One of the reasons why I left them. I currently have 4 funeral policies with them and I have been calling since the beginning of October to talk to them regarding my policy and to inform that I am on maternity leave so I would like to make an payment for the missed premiums. They just put me on Hold and no one attends to the call. I guess the only time they are going to want to communicate is when the policy lapses and I lose my money.
I am totally disgusted by the service that I received from consumer friend. I have an overpayed truworths account from 2018. Truworths told me to call consumer friend. I was assisted by a very rude consultant who told me that this account has nothing to do with them I should call truworths back Called truworths 3 times and they are still telling me to call consumer friend. They are ********s to withhold money that does not belong to them. I'm so disappointed yet they would calling me non stop if I was the one who owed them
I have a truworths account that is overpayed since 2018. Now that I'm requesting my refund they are giving me run around. Yet if it was me owing them money they would be calling every single day. Truworths give me my money back and don't tell me to call consumer friend because consumer friend said I should call head office which I did 5 times.
I am utterly disgusted by the service that i received from Metropolitan I have a Funeral plan there for almost 2years now and i opened another policy for my father, they called and i accepted, later i realized that i wont be able to afford the new policy so i sent an email telling them to cancel the policy, to only cancel the new policy and not the one that i had for 2 years i cleary stated that to my surprise they canceled both new and old policies saying that if i cancel the new policy then the old one is cancelled as well and their sales person did not explain this to me i am totally disappointed and i will never be doing business with them again in future
I am so disappointed in standard bank, I was called for the Ucounts rewards and registered and was told that I should insure that there are funds in my account for the 25 of April as that is when the first debit order will go off, now on the 25 March I wanted to go check my pure savings account and I saw that my main account was in a negative, as they debited the premium for the ucounts rewards. I called yesterday and after explaining my situation to the lady she already sounded irritated and instead of explaining to me what the issue is, she just hang up. I am so angry I feel like changing banks because the service is horrible. I'm totally ****ed.
I am so disappointed in Shoprite thembalethu in the western cape, This branch has always been a problem with regards to bad customer service but now they are even selling expired goods today I bought yogurt for my son for creche after creche he's teacher told me that she noticed that the yogurt was expired, I was so shocked that my son ate expired yogurt, that I went back to the store to go look for other yogurt for my son, and when I got there i saw 5 or 6 six packs of yogurt that have expired on the 19 of October and the 20th of October, I took pictures as well. Never have I ever been so disgusted. Because this store is in the township does not mean that people should be fed rotten foods
I'm extremely disappointed by the service I have been receiving from this company. I have been calling them for the last 2 months about my tracking device being faulty, up until today nothing is being done about this issue. They just dont care
I'm very disappointed with this company, I put in a Tyre claim and get declined because according to them my tyres aren't the same, so don't they bother to tell you this when taking our a membership with them,? All they wanna do is take your money every month but when it's time to claim they come up with every story in the book. I wouldn't encourage any one to join them,
Total sports in Hibernia street George, the staff there have the most disgusting manners ever. i have never seen a shop that lacks customer service s****s the way that shop does. i took a phone back for repairs only to be helped with a lady with a attitude, i most definitely wont ever step foot in that store ever again, they have just lost a customer and im quite sure that im not the first.
