Not competent at all 😡
I'm not happy at all , I made a booking for my son on Friday 17th to travel back to work on Monday with my last money, they said the ticket doesn't show as paid but on my side the money went off on my account

Isabella Garcia has been for 4 months deducting double on my account I need my money back 😡😡😡😡, this money had to do some things and they just deduct it without my consent , even today they took double

"PATHETIC STAFF " WHERE DID YOU FIND THEM?
Two weeks ago (31/01) i took up a cell phone contract with them then after i was called just verifying my bank things then after nothing for a week(07/02) then i called them "no they are busy with your application" ok after a week this is a second one(12/02) nothing i called them same answer hhaw bathong, yesterday( 14/02) i called " they will call you when they deliver your phone" ok, today ( 15/02) i decided to call just to verify what i was told yesterday "they are waiting to deduct the R300 from your account first then deliver your phone" hhhaw i tell the lady its the first time i hear about this one she tells me "no they told you" eeeh what is this ? When i applied for the contract i was told if i send my bank statement before five working it will be more quicker i emailed it same time they got it same time they called me same time, its like everyone when they get to work they just sit on their desks and they are told the one who are *****ing "answer them the best way you know how just tell them anything you can tell them until we are able to take one installment then they can cancel as long as we get that one debit order" They are scams they are not upfront from the start , worse when i told LUSANDA who was attending to my call thats why theres too many complains at HELLOPETER and i ask her do you know HELLOPETER she says yes those people its because they dont listen they just agree to everything then i said to her those people that you talking about like that are your customers thats why you have work and in other words you telling me i dont listen when your colleagues chooses to skip certain things and not say them IVE HEARD JUST ABOUT ENOUGH WITH INTELLICELL CALL CENTER AGENTS its like when they employed them they just asked can you say" HI" then you are hired
