Terrible after sales service in my opnion
These guys were good to us at the beginning. I don't know kw what the problem is now but their network speed has deteriorated to almost a halt. They just came in after I requested them to come have a look at my speed. When they are here, they claim everything is fine. Immediately when they leave. The network speed goes back to a snails pace. I'm tired of this now. Might be time to find a new isp

Great service guys, keep it up
I have used these guys services on more than five occasions now. I must say I haven't been disappointed so far. My wife commented on the quality of their wine, that's a huge plus for me because it means I can also use them when I need that as well. all in all, great service guys, keep it up

Extremely terrible network speed/coverage
Rain continues to deduct the same monthly premium, but their network quality deteriorates by the day. I am very close to canceling my subscription with them.

Another company using terms and conditions to steal money
This company now wants me to pay for data that I did not use and on top of that they are telling me their own advisor have me wrong information. There needs to be a look and inquest into these so called terms and conditions on these cellphone and data contracts
