Bad service.
Good day. On the 9th of Feb I did an application for a new cell contract. I was told this takes about 2 to 3 days. 1 week later I still have not received any feed back regarding my application, your store only has 1 contact number which rarely gets answered nor do they return any of my calls even after they pick up the phone. Yesterday I went to the store and the salesman says to me I must come back on Wednesday maybe then it will be sorted. maybe I will have better luck with a telkom cellphone contract. Disappointed with your service.
Did call to let me know my vehicle is ready for collection did not arrange a drive to collect me from home. Did not inform me my vehicle will have to stay in the workshop the entire weekend.
