Be careful... these f*#kers are fraudsters. They rope you in... everything is smooth for a short period then they start with their schemes. I would love them to answer here so i can post all the correspondence from these peanuts. Definitely going to pay them a visit to their head offices, lets see what happens when i confront them in person. Stay away... message me your email if you want to see the evidence..
I recently discovered an account on my credit profile which was in "arrears" and incorrect information supplied to Transunion Called the TFG contact centre, paid up the entire balance and requested a paid up letter so I can have Transunion update my profile because waiting for TFG to do it was just a task beyond their capabilities. I tried calling "recoveries"for nearly a week, always getting bounced around from Customer Service to Customer Service. Left messages, begged and pleaded for someone to call me back.... nothing!!! The law clearly states that you are obligated to furnish me with a paid up letter and update Transunion. I will hand this matter over to my attorney today and claim damages from TFG. Pathetic that you staff cannot even provide me with a phone number for recoveries.
On the 19/02/2019, after spending nearly three days to get these degenerates on the line, i requested a quote on the extension of the current car rental i had with them. I required a quotation for approval so i can decide how long i would be extending the hire. What they have done is actually use my card details on file to illegally deduct R6168.00 from my bank account. What was even more disgusting was when i called my bank I was told that Dollar Thrifty are serial offenders in this regard. Honestly every single time i have dealt with them this last three weeks, there has always been an attempt to overcharge, change rates or add unexplained charges onto my rental. I would recommend staying far away from these crooks.
Never ever deal with these clowns. Spent about R40000.00 on an order on the 3rd January and only half my goods wee delivered two weeks later. its now been three weeks and the majority of my goods have not arrived. They take your money and you have to beg for your goods. No way to contact the branch as they do not answer the telephone or email.. only way is to drive there. Called the customer care twice, no acceptable response. No call back or feedback. These are scam artists of note.. beware.
What a pleasure dealing with Adrienne Hersch Property Management Department. I moved my entire portfolio from a horrendous agency with massive arrears and unattended to all repairs. They handled the transition professionally. They removed all the bad tenants and collected the arrears without skipping a beat. Service delivery is topnotch. What i like is that they don't shy away from dealing with issues and the monthly reports are transparent. Well done Adrienne Hersch Properties. My faith in Estate Agencies has been somewhat restored.
This internet service provider is bullsh*t personified. Cancelled my line three times when I moved. I still get invoiced. Filled in the application to move my line and it was acknowledged on three separate occasions. I call back a month later to check on the progress of the configuration of my line as the ONT and lines were ready. They blamed the fibre line provider for taking a long time to configure the line. I called Home Connect on Friday afternoon, by Monday my router was delivered and i was up and running. Sent Cool Idea's a stinker cancelling my order and I get an email back demanding back there router. Strange they are demanding a router considering they have never ever delivered one in the first place. Do yourselves a favour.. learn a thing or two about service delivery from Home Connect.
