Vodacom debited my account for a device I did not receive.
Vodacom has debited by account for the second time this month for a device I did not receive. I have called many times asking them to cancel it but nothing has happened. I have taken an initiative to go to Randburg Square branch but they also couldn’t help me. Big companies cannot take advantage of us and get away with it! I want my money back!2 replies
