Mobicred is a ****! I paid the full balance on the 19th of December and made an instant payment. By the 23rd the money was still not allocated and the 24th they debited my account. I contacted them on the 23rd of December and they said they are going to escalate it to the relevant department to allocate the money. I can't wait to close this ******* account

Disgusting service
I bought shoes from Woolworths online in December 2024 and one shoe was delivered without a strap. I have been sending emails to them almost everyday without any help. To say I'm a dissapointed will not explain my exact feelings. So unprofessional and useless online team. The only word they know is 'ESCALATED' not sure they even know what it means

Why do schools recommend we buy from these people is beyond me. They are so rude and unprofessional on their email replies. They lack a sense of urgency, they are just useless and I blame schools for recommending such useless business
