Boredbox is a ****
I ordered a laptop bag from BoredBox using PayJustNow and still haven’t received it. There’s no contact number on their site—just an email and a KZN address. I’ve sent multiple emails with no response. This is unacceptable. BoredBox is ignoring customers, and PayJustNow is enabling it by processing payments for a company that doesn’t deliver. Do not order from them.

I ordered a laptop bag from BoredBox using PayJustNow and still haven’t received it. There’s no contact number on their site—just an email and a KZN address. I’ve sent multiple emails with no response. This is unacceptable. BoredBox is ignoring customers, and PayJustNow is enabling it by processing payments for a company that doesn’t deliver. Do not order from them.

This people is a **** not even a contact number on their website a email address that says 24 hours but no reply, i placed a order on payjustnow who is also to be blamed here. I placed an order on the 30th July got confirmation an all i even paid the item before 3 months is over and still no item or reply from Boredbox and payjustnow. Peoples monies is being taken and payjustnow still have them on their website busy ****ming people out of their hard earn money and by the looks of all the other reviews we will not be getting our money back.

Buy through PayJustNow to have Boredbox delivered both are useless.
PayJustNow is the custodians of Boredbox. Payment schedule is arranged through PayJustNow yet when you ask PayJustNow for help they turn you to the useless Boredbox which does not live up to delivering a service. However still waiting for Boredbox to deliver items.

BOREDBOX ARE ****MERS!
Please do not buy from BoredBox, I am still waiting for a refund until today. I ordered gifts online for Father's day, when I followed on my order I was told the items I ordered are out of stock. I was given options to choose from and I didn't like any of them and it was already too late for delivery either way so I asked for a refund.. TILL TODAY they had been blue-ticking my emails and WhatsApp messages
