Woolworths online shopping is a disgrace, you advertised 3 for 2 and i bought this with 3 jeans for kids. You then send me an email that 1 item is not available. Well as i write this i went onto their website and that item is still available and the same size i picked.do not make false adverti*****t if you are not going to fulfill them.and come with excuses of if item not available there is nothing you can do, this was 2 days ago and this item is still on their website so definitely available. And you do not even give alternative.il definitely not be shopping with you guys again. What a bad customer service and false advertising. And no accountability from your online agents.
My husband bought a Google play at Picknpay boskruin, it does not work, they said they will look into it and today he went there for them to tell him to email google or call, not sure. Does this mean he has lost more than R200 just like that. Should picknpay not be liable for this as it was purchased at their store? This is rediculous, you cannot sell something that does not work and the go oh well you need to sort it out yourself. They must pay back the money.its my local store but would definitely not be going there ever again
A consultant called and offered me a loan which I accepted to apply for, in their process they ask you to accept a Debi check, application was declined and now they have failed to remove the Debi check from my bank. I have called, emailed and still to date none of them have had the audacity to come back to me or cancel this Debi check. Very unprofessional of them as I require nothing from them except this.
This is a second time I have a bitter taste with Nedbank personal loans department. Why have an online application process when you don't correspond with your customers. Escalation number 51301906, I am now tired of calling everyday every hour to get answers, just a simple approved or decline would do or there are missing documents not just escalate with no one even answering in that escalation department. Since Friday, I signed digital contract, accepted Debi check and still no answer. It's beyond rediculous.
#Supportlocal, I used Apcan company for security at my house. It was not the best area to buy in but this company was so helpful, so fast on responding whenever I needed time. The securities will even come by just to find out if I was fine.the best by far. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
The worst company ever,i joined this gym in February 2017 and in 2019 I moved to area where they did not have a branch.i tried cancelling even sent a signed form Carel had sent me. After numerous emails he never got back to me and never cancelled my membership.March is my last month and have give them. Notice that my gym membership should not be renewed and be cancelled. No one is responding not even the GM who is CCD in all emails. I have proof of cancellation which did not happen and also have proof of voice recording when I called Careless to cancel. This is not the case because my gym membership is done. 3 years done and none not even the manager can reply to my email. I am waiting for them to try and debit me this month. I will be reporting them also to SACC Go get membership there if you want your life to be hell.

The service is horrible. I'm not sure why there is even customer service. I complained about rubble in halse and fountain street.even escalated to the counselor.with multiple follow ups she did month later the rubble is still there making our environment look dirty.rubbish hardly picked. I sent customer service asking about rubbish bin and how to get one 6 months later not even a reply. I'm not sure why we have to pay taxes and rates if we can't even get service from the municipality.service is terrible.i stay in dirty street no care from manicipality what's so ever.we also pay our rates like everyone else.start taking us seriously.
