Terrible service received from Lacoste Sandton city
Terrible service received at Lacoste Sandton city. I bought a sneaker and it was tight 20 minutes later I came to change it. The manager was rude and didn’t want to assist. They didn’t have the size and refused to refund me or give me a credit note. When I bought the sneaker as per the consumer protection act they didn’t inform me about a no exchange policy, the manager is so rude.0 replies
