To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the unacceptable treatment my husband and I received from the General Manager at Planet Fitness Brackenfell on 12 May 2026. On the day in question, my husband attempted to buddy-tag me into the gym using the Planet Fitness app, as permitted under his membership benefits. Unfortunately, the app was not functioning correctly, and the password would not work despite multiple attempts. My husband politely approached the staff for assistance and asked whether they could manually sign me in as his buddy due to the technical issue. The General Manager immediately responded in a rude and dismissive manner, stating that they could not assist because “no one has experienced the app not working before.” We were both shocked by the response and tone. I then asked my husband to show her directly that the password was not working. After seeing the issue herself, the manager responded in a condescending and arrogant manner, suggesting it was “probably his Wi-Fi connection” and stating that this would be “the last time” she would allow me to be signed in because they supposedly no longer assist members in this way. The entire interaction was highly unprofessional and embarrassing. Thankfully, one of her staff members stepped in and helped calm the situation, as it was clear to everyone nearby how disrespectfully and arrogantly the manager was speaking to us. It is extremely disappointing to receive such poor customer service, especially considering that premium membership fees are being paid. Members should be treated with respect and professionalism, particularly when dealing with a technical issue that was clearly beyond our control. I was seriously considering joining Planet Fitness myself, however after this experience, I would never consider spending my money at a gym where customers are treated in such a disrespectful and degrading manner by management. I trust that this complaint will be taken seriously and that appropriate action will be taken to address the conduct and customer service standards of the General Manager involved. I ordered crocs online Received a broken used pair of crocs I called them and they said they will investigate They collected them not even a sorry for the embarrassment and inconvenience All they say is they will refund and not the delivery costs How is it my fault that you guys sold me a customer return and I have to pay the delivery costs, deal with the embarrassment and horrible service NEVER EVER SUPPORTING CROCS AGAIN And I’ve been a loyal supporter for many years
This place has 0 service Bought a wikideal voucher called both numbers several times and it just rings eventually someone answers only to say i need to email I email no reply i email 4 times no reply I instagram them they respond with i need to call that same number and once again no one answers Don’t waste your time with these unprofessional people

Hi Paxi is the worst courier company I sent my parcel valued at 2k. The distance is 15km away end of July They still haven’t found it Everyday I call and msg and the just say my parcel is with the courier or its t the hub and they will escalate No no no feedback I want my money they full of lies They should close their doors No one should ever use these unreliable people

This is the worst courier company No customer service at all. No one cares The guy didn't even call my yesterday he just left. Today I call them I'm told it will come the afternoon I call now I'm told it will come tomorrow. I'm a sales rep that cant afford to take off just to wait for a parcel that I need for work. Unreliable service they must never be in the service industry
Such bad service at Posh Clothing in Belgravia. They all nice when you spending money in the store but when you need to return something they say they can’t help you. They don’t do returns even though only one item out of the 5 items I bought was very revealing and can’t be worn. Nothing gets told when you purchase it. This place is clearly only interested in you when you spending money. How is it possible that a retail store does not return garments? And then still have an attitude about it. And force me to take something else when I don’t like anything else. Not even empathizing. Never going there again. Treat your customers like royalty cause there’s plenty of shops. Service is the most important thing in retail!
