IT IS RARE WHEN A BUSINESS SELLS AN ITEM TODAY WITH A GUARANTEE AND HONOURS THE GUARANTEE WITH NO HESITATION. MIDAS IN WOODMEAD SOLD ME A SABAT BATTERY FOR MY CAR WITH A 25 MONTH GUUARANTEE ENGRAVED ON THE BATTERY ON DATE OF PURCHASES. AFTER 12 MONTHS I EXPERIENCED A PROBLEM AND TOOK THE CAR WITH FAULTY BATTERY BACK, THEIR TECH GUY CHECKED AND FOUND THE PROBLEM AND THE MANAGARESS THEN CALLED SABAT AND IMMEDIATELY SORTED THE PROBLEM . THEY REPLACED THE FAULTY BATTERY NO CHARGE AND NO LABOUR CHARGE AND REALLY SAVED MY DAY
in these difficult times of covid and many pensioners are battling to make ends, meet and this is not the time to increase subscription to Dstv. Interest rates have dropped costs of everything are rising, and DSTV have decided to increase their monthly premiums, NO DISCOUNTS FOR SENIOR CITIZENS AND PENSIONERS, WHY NOT???? The consultant i spoke to just gave me this vacant stare,, while chewing and really wasn't interested in my query. SHAME ON YOU DSTV.
SENT BY INSURANCE TO PROLINE EXPRESS SANDHURST FOR DAMGE TO MY CAR..THE ESTIMATED TIME FOR REPAIR WAS 10 WORKING DAYS. THE JOB WAS ACTAULLY DONE IN 6 WORKING DAY AND MY CAR LOOKED FABULOUS AGAIN AFTER THE WORK DONE. EVERY DAY KAYLA WOULD EMAIL AND TEXT ME THE STAGES OF REPAIR BEING DONE. SUCH INCREDIBLE SERVICE IS AMAZING. AM REALLY HAPPY TO SAY THAT SUCH SERVICE IS TRULY AMAZING, CONGATULATIONS TO THEM.
VERY BAD ATTITUDE AND POOR SERVICE FROM THE CAFE MANAGER.. LAST WEEK ON THURSDAY I STOPPED IN FOR A COFFE AND SLICE OF DELICIOUS LOOKING 3 TIER CHOCOLATE CAKE. AFTER THE FIRST MOUTFUL OF THE CAKE IT DID NOT TASTE AS EXPECTED. I ATE THE TOP TIER AND THEN TASTED SOME OF THE ICING, BUT THIS WAS SALTY TO MY TASTE , AND THE ACTUAL SPONGE LAYER SEEMED NOT QUITE BACKED ENOUGH.. i CALLED THE MANAGER OVER TO THE TABLE AND MENTIONED THAT THE CAKE DIDNT SEEM AS DELICIOUS AS IT LOOKED. HE SIMPLY SHRUGGED HIS SHOULDERS AND WALKED AWAY, NOT OFFERING TO REPLACE IT OR OFFERING ANY THING ELSE. WHEN I CALLED FOR THE BILL I WAS CHARGED FOR THE CAKE AND THE COFEE, I THEN CALLED THE WAITRESS AND SHOWED THAT THE REMAINDER OF THE CAKE WAS LEFT UNEATEN ON THE PLATE. SHE SAID THAT I HAD TO PAY FOR IT, I THEN ASKED FOR THE MANAGER TO CLARIFY THE SITUATION AND HE BECAME VERY UNPLEASEANT SAID THAT THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH IT, THOUGH HE DID NOT TASTE IT HIMSELF. AFTER A DISAGRREMENT HE FINASLLY SAID WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO ABOUT IT AND THEN SAID THAT THEY WOULDNT CHARGE FOR THE CAKE. SO MUCH UNPLEASANTNESS COULD HAVE BEEN AVOIDED. WOOLIES ALWAYS CLAIM THAT IF ONE IS NOT SATISFIED THEN THEY WILL REFUND THE CUSTOMER OR OFFER A REPLACEMENT. CLEARLY THIS IS BAD ATTITUDE AND POOR CUSTOMER RELATIONS. I WAS NOT THE ONLY CUSTOMER COMPLAINING THAT AFTERNOON.
Taken to lunch at the Centurion branch a few days ago, and really impressed by the service the courtesy of the attending waiters and the Covid track details that they have implemented. On entering they still take temps , phone numbers , sanitize the hands, before showing you to the well spaced tables. Then the tables are wiped down with sanitizer before being seated. Then one is presented with a jug of water and a bowl to wash your hands again, before touching the menus. No cutlery on the table, until the food arrives, and the cutlery comes in a ice bucket of hot water so that its sterile. They really go the EXTRA MILE HERE. My salad of beef cubes and greens was succulent generous and well prepared and i would order it again. It was that good.
Hi feedback from Grorap panel beaters has not been forthcoming. Have been waiting 6 months for a front bumper panel arch to compete a job as I was sent by Outsurance to this panelbeatres on July 26th. Each time I inquire about it am told that part has been ordered from Peugeot , and that's now 6 months, and the job is still not completed. PEUGEOT are just as unhelpful, and really not one expects from a high profile dealership. THEY GET A BIG ZERO FOR SERVICE/
Good day HelloPeter, I would like to complain about the foreman Mr. Peet VanTonder and the company Must Creations. This person was doing installations and refurbishing work for several owners in our complex Hazelmere, Rivonia, during 2017. He started off by being really well priced and doing quality work for several months, and those owners who he had contracted with all trusted him. After several months and many thousands of Rands later, he was given a job of installing a new skylight in my unit. After paying a 50% deposit for the job to purchase the skylight there were several delays and excuses, but finally it arrived. On installation it was damaged and the foreman claimed that it would be replaced at no charge. After several weeks delay and many inquiries I was finally told that the company manufacturing the skylight had gone into liquidation. He then claimed that it would be replaced when he found a supplier and he would pay for the replacement. This did not happen. He then requested an additional R4000 for a new one that was being made. After several unanswered messages to his cell phone, wattsapps to his cell phone, and emails to his email address all were unanswered, and he did not take my calls. He then claimed that another supplier who was making the skylight had a problem with the tinting and once done he would install. By this time almost the entire amount had been paid,and only the labour costs of the installation was outstanding. This never happened and despite all calls no one has been able to trace him. Other owners in the complex also had problems with him. All his invoices only have an email address, and cell phone number, Without a delivery address, I cannot issue a summons in the small claims court. Please BLACKLIST THIS PERSON AND HIS BUSINESS, AND WARN OTHER PROSPECTIVE OWNERS ABOUT THIS BUSINESS. thank you, Keith Goldman.
