My vehicle was in an accident in December 2023. The vehicle was taken to Grorap Autobody and returned mid-January 2024. When asked to see the vehicle in the sun the manager insisted that I see it in the shade. I pointed out to him the fender is not correct and indicated that will be fixed when I bring it back. However, after collecting the vehicle we noticed paint issues, over-spary and even mechanical defects on the repair. I sent the vehicle to an Audi specialist and they were disgusted with the repairs and also the loose parts in the engine compartment. The list is big. It's now 3 weeks and I have been battling with Discovery to get Grorap to give their feedback. Don't be fooled by their repairs. It may look good or ok on the outside but they dangerous in terms of repairs. I've seen some of the reviews on Grorap and I have the same issues. You driving a death trap or borken vehicle with Groraps repairs!!! They got paid for parts, why use glue and self tapping *****s?!! They alsos said it passed QA. wonder if their QA needs new glasses or can even read!

I was referred through to Grorap after an accident. They were super efficient and helpful. I would definitely recommend them. They met all timeframes and were friendly when I interacted with them. They went out of their way to make sure I got my car back as quickly as possible. Thank you

I want to thank the Grorap team for their excellent customer service and incredible workmanship in repairing my vehicle. Your team constantly kept me up dated on the progress of my vehicle and worked timeous in getting the job done. I could not recommend a better autobody repair shop and will not use anybody else in the future! Thank you again so much.

Vehicle went in for repair for bumper bashing on a Chevrolet Utility 15 October. 25 October revised quote was accepted by discovery insurance. I was assured By Peter(manager) its a 10 day fix. Fast forward to 24 January when my vehicle was eventually ready after weeks of missed deadlines, endless excuses and absolutely no sense of urgency. I have called Peter 3 times this month with none of my calls returned. Workmanship on my car is disgusting. Pieces missing, loose items rattling around, *****s falling out of my bumper, control arm boot damaged among other things. My vehicle took nearly 3 months to complete. Failed inspection and had to be resprayed. I will never recommend this panel beater to anyone. I dont know how they are listed with Discovery.

Grorap Autobody offers bad customer service and there's no sense of emergency and no customer updates. I took my car white Ford Focus Ecoboost Trend for fixing after I got involved in a car accident in 19th October 2021 and the car was still sitting there until 27 October 2021 and that's when I further steps for owner to fix my car. I'm utterly angry at customer service and I won't refer anyone to the provider at private customer. I even contacted Legalwise Attorneys to intervene in logging a complaint and even went to Douglas Dale Police to get owners to write a Sworn Affidavit with completion date of car repaired. I had no joy from start to finish.

EXCELLENT Service from Piet!!!!! He really went the Extra mile for my vehicles. Repairs are always up to standard and far beyond my expectations of a panel beater. I would HIGHLY recommend them for any business or personal repairs. Thank you GRORAP for the client service you provide.

Hi feedback from Grorap panel beaters has not been forthcoming. Have been waiting 6 months for a front bumper panel arch to compete a job as I was sent by Outsurance to this panelbeatres on July 26th. Each time I inquire about it am told that part has been ordered from Peugeot , and that's now 6 months, and the job is still not completed. PEUGEOT are just as unhelpful, and really not one expects from a high profile dealership. THEY GET A BIG ZERO FOR SERVICE/
