Not responding to emails or whatsaap yet you want to place an order.They literally ignore customers. I have been begging them for a trampoline. Am even skeptical to place an order.How can I order from someone that doesn't bother providing information on enquiry made? Is there anyone who was serviced by Trampoline Man in 2024 who can give a better review because WOW the service with me is so disappointing.
Failure to locate and allocate payment. I have been told that they moved from old to new system hence they can't rectify the issue. I sent MTN banking statement reflecting two payments made on their account in March, we are now in June but they have not allocated my payment ls accordingly and my credit score shows a missing payment. I have been making weekly calls, sending emails and am always told that it will b rectified in 48hrs but till today it hasn't been done. I am very much disappointed with MTN
I am applying for a home loan and apparently Nedbank does not want OOBA to submit applications to them so I had to do it online which I am not competent on filling in the required information .(OOBA has done so well handling my application with other banks) Only if they would allow them to do for Nedbank too.I requested Shayleen Simons (banker from Nedbank which was assigned to handle and assist with my online application) if she could assist and she gave me a 7 page form to fill and she was gonna load that information on my behalf. An error of duplicating the car instalment was made on the form that I filled resulting in my application being DECLINED,well that what she said to me. She promised to appeal on my behalf and made me correct the error and I waited with no feedback on the progress till I asked her today and she said in 10mins she will reply and results were "Loan declined". Funny Nedbank says :"With online application you get response in hours"How I wish that was true for me after my appeal. Well even though it doesn't seat well with me and my spouse that we bank with Nedbank,have a car loan with Nedbank, a credit card with Nedbank,salary gets paid to Nedbank account, have an existing home loan with Nedbank but as our Home Bank they couldn't even meet us half way with the loan. ABSA, FNB and Standard bank have given us a good percentage some even 90% towards our loan whereas we don't even bank with them or have services with them. My greatest concern is the fact that I have not received anything from Nedbank as to why the application for Home loan was declined so at least I can see where to improve next time should I need to re- apply. I am real disappointed especially after receiving offers from the three banks mentioned above, it made me sure that so called "Home bank - Nedbank will consider the application and offer better than other banks instead they "DECLINED altogether " the entire application. We have no reason to stay with Nedbank,you don't care for your clients, you only do when its suits you. Even after emailing the banker Shayleen requesting for reasons for the decline,she responded with the email below which I did not respond to cos I didn't even get the letter she said I received. Hi Lungi Please note the letter will be the same letter sent to you when the application was declined. There is no letter generated for an appeal.
