Received quote quickly, prices are good, service- follow up, willingness to help, prepared to accommodate client- excellent! They were prepared to travel from alberton to Pta. Thanks Pat

Could not even obtain a quote out of them
Business must be great for them. Filled out the enquiry form on their website. Called them 2 days later after no responce. Called Pat from the numner supp**** on their website. She advised she would quote - not responce. Sent her a whataspp - No responce. Landed up purchasing from Trampoline King ad super excited I did - Phenomenal service from Garth and his team. Could not have asked for more.

Trampoline Purchase from Trampoline Man
I am such a happy customer ☺️, I ordered a Pit Trampoline online and it was an easy process to courier from Johannesburg to Richards Bay and they guided me with installation process. The cost of Trampoline is so affordable. I really appreciate the service.

Trampoline Purchase from Trampoline Man

Not responding to emails or whatsaap yet you want to place an order.They literally ignore customers. I have been begging them for a trampoline. Am even skeptical to place an order.How can I order from someone that doesn't bother providing information on enquiry made? Is there anyone who was serviced by Trampoline Man in 2024 who can give a better review because WOW the service with me is so disappointing.

Excellent, Professional Service
TrampolineMan were efficient and friendly throughout the 5-minute arrangement of our trampoline installation. They were on time to do the installation, which was done professionally and neatly - it fits aesthetically with our garden. The trampoline was installed level and square to the nearest wall, and looks superb. Upon trying the trampoline, one can tell that the frame is sturdy and the mat of excellent quality. We're really impressed and would recommend them any day.
