A claim has taken eons to solve and no one is giving me feedback.
ABSA RICHARDS BAY HAS The worst customer experience, I've been trying to assist my mother replace a card since Saturday and the Manager and consultant are failing. I was here on Saturday, Monday, and now Tuesday, you would swear I don't have anything else to do.
I was delivered a month to month package on the 31st of August, the thing has never worked to date, an initial debit of R312 was taken when I did the order on the 29th of August. Next thing on the 4th of September these MTN idiots tried debiting R312 and R239 from my account. Today I'm being sent an email saying my services are being suspended, I ow MTN R323.50, when the darn thing has never worked since I accepted delivery on the 31st of August and the package is R269. All the call center agents I spoke to have never solved my query and whomever is going to assist me needs to listen to all my phone calls I made, and I also want MTN accountable to pay me for the multiple failed debit order attempts on my account as I incurred charges from my bank for there incompetence. I spoke to lady by the name of Julia whom said she was the Manger on 15th December 2021, she said she wouldget back to me but only called this year in January, I told her the story, their after she listened to the call and established that I was being cheated off my cash she said she would follow up and give me feedback, and 3 months later she hasn't and here I am doing follow up and trying to find answers on my own. Julia listened to the call and also established that I was told a greater amount by Aziz Banda and I had made plans around the amount I was promised as money due to me. Then on the 17th of December 2021 I spoke to Kgalalelo Seleke whom also promised to listen to the call and come back to me but also did not take accountability. An answer to what happened to me during a phone call with Aziz Banda in November 2021 is what I'm expecting. You cannot expect me to remember something I was given on the 29th of October 2018, I called Sanlam in November 2021 and spoke to a service representative whom is up to date on your products, and told me a greater amount then what I received. After listening to phone calls, and over 6 months with the arbitrator and also realizing that I am not wrong, I am just told sorry, and to forget about getting my money.
