Amazing service and the best sweets! I dealt with Michael and he was so awesome. I would definitely order from them againn. The personalised card was the cherry on top of it all!

Pathetic service
I've tried being nice. I have been trying for over a month to open up an account. Apparently nobody can help me and I've been wasting my airtime being put through to different departments. This is pathetic. If this is the service im getting before i even get my card, i might as well cancel the card now already. Putrid service

I haven't received a parcel that was supposed to have been here already. I spent all day on the phone with a consultant, each one putting me through to the next. The last consultant i have spoken to told me they cannot locate the parcel at all and i requested it latest for today as it is a gift for someone. This is the worst service!!
