Very disappointed with Rains absence of service regarding a support request that I logged on 14 August. I cannot register on Rain talk and the Rain app is not responding at all.
Bought three items from Buco Komatipoort this morning. All three had shelf prices that differed from till prices. One of them by as much as R10. I find this method of institutionalised theft totall unacceptable,
Absa has a rewards redemption function on its electronic. banking platform which has been unserviceable in excess of a month. Notwithstanding that I reported this to Absa a month ago and not withstanding that they committed to revert within three working. days, they have not bothered to come back to me or to rectify their technical problem.
Reliable, efficient and trustworthy are the adjectives that come to mind.
Changing bank accounts and trying to amend debit orders with Momentum is a major experience on frustration and aggrevation. All of the other corporate beneficiaries easily allow your new bank ( in this case Capitec) to amend debit orders, but not Momentum. The epitamy of user abrasiveness. After twenty years of paying diiligently,we have had to complete new debit order forms, prove our source of income and God knows what else. My spouse Mrs GM Verster ID 5505180261185 is at work and I (her 67 year old husband) have had the unpleasant task of dealing with Momentum and their antiquated procedures. To date the debit order instructions have not been amended despite completing all the necessary forms.
In my dispute with Kreepy Krawly,Builders Warehouse in the persona of Aqeela Saffodien have proven to be a caring client centered organisation.I cannot express sufficient gratitude to explain the caring, extra mile sentiment of Aqeela. When she became aware that I am a pensioner to whom R2428 is a large sum of money, she spared no effort to obtain a refund for me.I applaude her efforts.I will refrain from mentioning Pentairs pathetic efforts to fob me off with their selective warranty.
Bought this piece of rubbish six months ago and have had nothing but trouble. The selector shaft on the filter finally broke ( although the pump had hardly worked.Bought in February 2020).Is this thing still under guarantee? Can I get my money back? I also see from the volume of complaints that I am not alone.Apparently according to the Pool Team shop in Nelspruit, the product has been discontinued.
Once again the dysfunctional heap of horse dung calling itself entertainment, have managed to raise the bar of pathetic client service to new heights. The management app that operates from the whatsapp platform has to be the epitomy of digital stupidity. You try to activate your holiday package and the computer sagely informs you that something has gone wrong. No **** Sherlock.Try to phone the *****s at Multichoice, the phone does not even ring.Sometimes they give you your decoder serial numbers and then inform you that they can't detect any holiday decoders on their system.I can't wait for them to go bankrupt so that the market can replace them with something that actually works.
Multichoice now has a Whatsapp holiday home management app.Opened my whatsapp this morning to switch on my holiday home decoder in anticipation of the Sharks/Stormers game and what do you know? A message is received "Something has gone wrong,do you want us to try again" No advice on what to do next. What the hell is the something that has gone wrong? Try to phone the call centre,my ID is no longer recognised by Multichoice. Its not only Eksdom and the rest that are stuffed.Even our meagre entertainment is now ******ed.Please get a Multichoice lacky to phone me on 0606408750.
Absa Bank cell phonebanking has been off line since 5.00 this morning.Their call centre plays pre recorded messages. What a bunch of clowns!
