It's been 3 weeks since requesting fibre line to be activated with Mweb. They are waiting for frogfoot to activate the line. No installation needed all hardware tested okay as the previous tenant had an active line.. but I'm waiting 3 weeks and still not activated. Useless bunch .
Streamline repairs worst service provider. They will do anything possible to not pay out any claim. I have a scratch and dent insurance with them and when I claim they tell my that the Arear of the the accident should not be more than (15cm.) each scratch on my vehicle is less than 15cm and they won't pay out because I'm claiming for for scratches that are not on the same place within 15cm imagine. Then you get rude call agents named HANNAH VANDENBERG. COULD NOT EVEN SPEAK TO THEIR MANAGER MARTHA Phoofolo. Trust me. I will tell everyone and anyone about streamline. Then Hanna Vandenberg drops the call while I'm speaking to her twice. Mind you I made the call. What kind of service is that? I'm cancelling this bull**** policy and please back every cent to VW. Fraud of a company.
I phoned into Telkom today on number 081 180 trying to get my simcard activated as they suspended my line. I have paid what was outstanding and they did not want to activate it because the payment was not reflecting on their system yet. I sent them the prove of payment and they tell me that the payment needs to reflect before they can activate my line. Now what ****ed me off is the fact that I requested to speak to a superior and then they put me on hold and never return to my call, even after 30 in placed on hold by Euguene. I spoke to several call agents and all of them did it. Eugene, Luyanda, Amanda and Zuma. They also had the decency not to listen to what I'm trying to say and had this arrogant attitude. I'm settling my contract with telkom and they have just lost 5 customers from my side. They are costing me money as this is my business line and they act as if I am getting connection for free. This is not government benifits, I'm paying for your service and I will never in my life consider joining telkom again and so from now all my clients will hear about Telkom.
