Thanks for resolving my issue so promptly regarding the shortfalls. I truly appreciate it as I was extremely unhappy. All it took was a little bit of explaining from Xolani Shongwe (so patient, knowledgeable and thorough with his explanation) on 06 May and the team that handles Hellopeter.
I am truly unhappy with the way my 2 claims for dentistry and optometry were handled. Claim 8635002416 ( 1/5) approved. Claim 8635709576 (4/10) approved. (1) How is that so when both fall within the network? (2) Secondly I have savings of about R11000 that should have settled the difference ? I am really unhappy because I wouldn’t have gone to those practices had I known that this was the case. Both are in network as per below screenshots from your app. How do we resolve this because I pay around R4000pm in medical aid but basic dentistry is not even covered at a practice that you say is your network ? Not even deducted from my savings ? This is daylight *******. I now have an outstanding bill of R1200 from the dentist for a basic cleaning. What are the savings for , if not these day to day things
The worst online refund process ever. I have been waiting 2 months for my refund which I was initially told would take a maximum of 7 working days. Last time I called to enquire I was told it was authorized by Finance and would pay with a few days. 2 weeks later I am still waiting. Horrible service really, they should not be in the online retail service.

Your Northclff branch is delaying with the balance of my deposit after inspection. Totally unacceptable service after being given 7 days then another 7 days to accommodate all the maintenance and cleaning. It's been 20 days and they are yet to pay. So quick when there is a delay of payment from tenant however dragging feet to pay deposit.

After an account was opened fraudulently in my name and EDCON investigated and found that an employee of theirs had opened the account without my knowledge using a fake ID. My credit score has not been updated as was promised last year. This is a serious inconvenience. A year later this still appears on my credit profile as owing.
An agent by the name Lauretta Slabber handed me over and blacklisted me whilst I did not have a contract with them and for an entire two months that I did not even reside on the particular premises. This is unlawful and causing a whole lot of admin and is inconveniencing me in all ways possible. This agent is truly a wolf in sheep skin. Worst agency ever.
