Very poor experience with CSI. Lack of transparency, unclear communication, and inspection issues raised without proof. I would not recommend them.
Not recommended for those seeking reliability.
On the Black Friday sale, I purchased several items from VodaBucks, expecting to receive them in a reasonable time frame. However, it has been an agonizing wait, and despite multiple attempts to reach out for assistance, the issue remains unresolved. I have contacted Vodacom through X (Twitter), and their responses have been consistently unhelpful. They acknowledge the delay but provide no concrete information or resolution. Their response, "Hi there, Thank you for connecting. We understand your frustration and concerns and do apologize for the experience. We would like to assist you on this platform. Our team will provide you with feedback as soon as possible," has become a canned and unproductive message, leaving me in the dark about the status of my order. It appears evident that Vodacom may have engaged in misleading practices during the Black Friday sale, potentially selling items they did not have in stock. This is not only an inconvenience but also raises serious concerns about the legitimacy of their operations.
