BAD SERVICE
service at telkom it leave a bad taste in my mouth its been a month that i have not internet access plus my telephone line is not working, i reported the fault was sent from pillar to post the agents they don't seem to have clue whats happening one day they tell you a technician is assigned to my query the next they still waiting for my query to be assigned. Even their supervisors cant help you with anything i have accumulated a whole lot of ref numbers that don't help me with anything, if you want peace of mind telkom is not an option........

Incompetent stuff
I went to Absa bank Revonia branch to close my account with the cause of the un-authorized debit orders on my account, i was advised not to close my account but change account number. On the 28th August 2017 i went back to change my account number the lady whom was assisting me by the name of Zinhle promised me that she will move my debit orders to the new account to make things easy for me, i was thrilled that i don't have to call my creditors In September 2017 i got an SMS from Absa saying that they didnt get payment from account when i went to the branch near me i was told that i was two months behind on my personal loan with them. Then i went back to the Revonia branch to ask why my debit orders where not moved the lady that was helping me she denied that she told me she will move my debit orders and by that time i got upset she called for her manager whom couldnt help me she told me that these nothing they can do, cause i was querying the arras interest that have occurred and i was told i have to pay them they cant help me even if it not my fault. I never missed a payment since I've been with them
