Short term insurance
Gomolemo Monama contacted me after I requested a quote on short term insurance. He went over and above to give me a great competitive price with better benefits than what I am getting on my insurance from another company. He is professional and explains in detail all the benefits and conditions. It was great to deal with a agent of his caliber and he's an accent to Santam. Thanks for the excellent work.

Tyres
Bought 2 new tyres on line from Errol's tyres. What a great experience. Quick and easy to select the product and within a few minutes got a quote. Made payment and tyres were shipped off as soon as payment cleared. I was kept up to date daily wrt the process. Great to do business with such a professional team and their prices are excellent. Bad experience at outsurance
About 3 weeks back I removed a vehicle that I sold. The lady that helped me asked if I am buying another vehicle. I said not now, but in a months time. She then said I must preliminary put insurance on for the new vehicle and when I buy it I just update the details. So we preliminary put on a 2004 Disco 2 td5 beige. She said that if I get a older model and a white then my premium would be less. Today I phoned to register my new car and start the insurance. It's a 2001 Disco 2 td5 white in color. To my disgust I was quoted more that for a 2004:model even though this one's retail is less. I told the gentleman that he must listen to my conversation of 3 weeks back where the lady said it will be less. He then referred me to his manager and when I told her to go back and listen to the recording she ended the call. I am still waiting for her to call me back. I have been many years with outsurance and have all my possessions insured but this has been really a bad experience that I received today. This is really not what I expected from outsurance.

Outstanding client service
I needed to remove a vehicle I sold and get a quote for another vehicle. The lady that assisted me was so professional and helpful. This person is an assist to outsurance and deserves every recognition for it. Thank you outsurance for employing such outstanding people. The quote I got was very reasonable and benefits me fine.

Wind turbine
Bought a wind turbine fro from this company. They have no address or TEL number you can contact them. After the 45 work days expired, I tried to contact them on e mail and wattsapp. Got no reply. Threatened them with legal action then got an excuse that it's on hold at customs. This is for an item advertised as stock clearance ???. Then heard nothing further. I requested a refund no response. After 80 days I get a FedEx tracking number but delivery to complete other address. Again contacted them, no response. Waited another 10 days and sent again a e mail and wattsapp that I am taking legal action. 2 days later received tracking no for courier guy. Then out of the blue received sms from courier guy parcel is on the way. Parcel arrived after 109 days. So if you prepared to wait 4 months without any valid reason or means to physically contact them use them. But don't rely on any time schedule and be prepared to get very frustrated. In my 60 years this is one of the worst companies wrt communication.

Snatcher sales and service.
Great products at great prices. Delivery is not 100% as time schedules don't get adhered to. Can easily be fixed with correct communication on tracking app.
