ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CONSIDERATION!
I have never seen such poor service in my entire life. I hired two buses for my aunts funeral on the which was on the 1st of November 2025 but only one bus was sent. I called them on the same day and a refund form was filled and I was told it takes about 3 months and I had to much going on to fight them and I waited the 3 months. We are in May now which marks the 7th month and they still haven’t refunded me. Upon visiting their offices in Roodepoort on the 5th of May 2026, I was promised that the refund would clear on the same evening and I’m at waiting. Redwaan the so called manager has no decency to even respond to my WhatsApp messages. I will never do business with these guys again and I will not even refer them to anyone who needs business services.

0% CUSTOMER SERVICE
I purchased a backpacks for my kids for the new kindergarten year and it’s probably about a month or so and one of the bags is torn right at the top where it is stitched together. Upon realising that one of the bags is torn, mom tried to get it either exchanged or repaired at the Jet store in Dobsonville and the guy that assisted, Siphiwe Ndlovu, refused to do either and his argument was that the bag is a bit dirty which led him to the conclusion that the kindergarten is at fault. These bags literally carry one set of a change of clothing in case the kids have any accident during the day and they are carried by kids so they won’t be as clean as brand new. How can a bag that carries so little just tare right at the stitching points and I’m supposed to accept that? I don’t want my money back cause my son wants the same bag, I need this sorted out and I really don’t feel like dragging socials into this. Can someone sensible assist me because my son needs his bag ASAP.

Best Service & Promises Fulfilled
I had my reservations about debt review but I was desperate when I joined Gold leaf financial services. I later found that they are somehow in the same bracket as MSD Consulting. I had the best service and reassurance all the way. Special thanks to Mishqah, Lazelle, Lizelle and Malika which are the people I dealt with mostly. You ladies are wonderful, informative and patient. Thank you to Gold leaf and MSD Consulting, I now am debt free and have received my clearance certificate. Thank you guys for being absolutely wonderful and easy to deal with and most importantly, for honouring our agreement. It was wonderful doing business with you guys.
